if Gerrard wins nothing for two years in a row are all bears in agreement that that's unacceptable and he will need to go.

Agree5 Disagree0

Anotherbear, i will start it off by saying no, in gerrard i trust. its not his fault he came too us when we are in a state, he will sort it out.

23 Feb 2020 18:04:12
Sorry Paul it is his fault. He knew the situation and he chose to come. We didn't kidnap him and hold him against his will.

23 Feb 2020 18:14:22
I just feel winning nothing for two years in a row is unacceptable not sure anyone else would get that time .

23 Feb 2020 18:19:18
I'll put my tuppence worth in and say yes - can any fan sit and accept them getting 10 in a row to persevere with the Gerard project which many have said he needs the full 4 yrs. I know I can't bear them getting there.

23 Feb 2020 18:19:40
Paul your deluded mate. Sorry.

Let's try to put this into some kind of perspective. Less than two years ago our club was in such a shambolic state we were minutes away from making Derek McInnes our manager. Let that sink in for a moment then remember there were load of fans on here who backed this move. Give him his due, Coops and I both shouted this down as hard as we could.
Then let this sink in - we were such a mess that McInnes turned us down! That's right, a former player turned us down, we didn't turn him down, he was getting the job. Credit to the board, realising what a bullet they had just dodged because of panic in the ranks, they re-assessed and captured Steven Gerrard, one of the biggest names in world football, for us. It was like we'd won the Champions League.
Players like Defoe and Davis came north to help us because of Gerrard. Other players signed because of Gerrard - Barisic, Hagi, and more. We were as near rock bottom as we could be but in his first season the manager took us into the knockout stages of Europa League. At that time I for one never expected to win the league. The performances in the first half of this season were often stupendous, beating some top European names, getting cheated out of a cup then beating the mhankies with some ease, we were so good.
Now we are suffering from loss of form, a really bad loss of form, but as a whole club we are still miles better than we've been for almost a decade. More than anything we actually have a club to support, one that is competing with some top European teams.
Now I know that it breaks our collective heart that we probably will not stop their winning 9 in a row, but when Gerrard was appointed many of us believed that would be unrealistic anyway, but that given time and backing, we could stop ten. That's still the way I see it, and no matter how much it hurts to say it, they can have their nine as long as we still have our Rangers, building for a solid future, for when their turn comes to fail and we take over again as Scotland's Number One. It will happen, courage brothers, do not stumble!

We have no divine right to win anything. You have to earn it. Stevie G is just practicing with us. He's actually at a loss what to do. His initial aura has rained. Sorry SG you'll get another year because we can't afford to change.

23 Feb 2020 18:46:31
I say no. We can’t keep changing managers, then they want their own players. So how do we pay them off.
In case some on here do not realise we are skint. Where would we be without two years of Europa league money.
I’d say bottom six.
I have followed our team for more than sixty years, I have seen worse, lived throttle nine in a row soon to be three
Many on here know I predict they will win twelve.
However I will never stop following my team home and away. This season been in Poland Holland Porto Dubai heading to Braga.
On here one day SG is a hero. Players r worth tens of millions next day everyone is crap, as hard as it is stick by our club. We will get there. RTID.

Can we bring back Pedro Caixinha he wasn’t so bad after all 😐 here are some of results: st Johnstone 0 Rangers 3, rangers 0 hearts 0, Motherwell 1 rangers 2, Ross county 1 rangers 3, Hamilton 1 rangers 4.

Well said, John25. There is nothing more frustrating than the petulance of youth. If only they could have seen us regularly finishing third and fourth in the league, winning the title just four times in 22 years, maybe they'd appreciate just how far we have come in the past few years. I often wonder just how some on here can actually consider themselves to be fans, fickle, impatient, sometimes hysterical and seldom actually just being supporters.

23 Feb 2020 19:31:19
Paul, you are deluded, as is anyone protecting the manager. All this “we were a shambles, he has to build” nonsense - he’s had two years and millions to spend. He has frittered way money on utter garbage signings.

Get someone experienced who can sort the wheat from the chaff and get us properly organised to try to stop 10.

If we let Scott Brown cut about Glasgow with his smug face holding their 10th title in a row because some of us were too in love with the “Stevie G” persona to see the wood for the trees this club might not recover for a generation.

23 Feb 2020 19:33:25
John25 and Covenanter are talking so much sense!

23 Feb 2020 20:20:59
As1974,there seems to be more than me deluded eh, i know where we've been, we ver neer folded, you think we just turn up and knock celtic off there perch, i hate to inform you pal, it doesn't work that way.

24 Feb 2020 10:19:42
Of course he should. this is becoming a farce. no heart. no fight no balls. livid.
