First time poster here, long time lurker. Was 50/ 50 on Gerrard tbh. The truth is the kind of manager we want/ need is either not available or out out price range. So wouldn't be surprised if someone like Rohl becomes the manager. The fans will need to get behind whoever does get appointed, and be given time to sort this mess out.
Ps - Jermaine Defoe has a lot of explaining to do regarding his social media posts lol?.

He would be mine as well mate, Mark a friend just sent me a picture of Rohl he took from social media, let's just say he wouldn't be a popular choice, put it up on the sightings page mate. we really need to back any manager, but if it's him and he doesn't get positives results straight away it will just go pear shaped again, we better not be in this same position in another few months, or the owners will get it.

Rohl did well with a basket case Sheffield. Your not assistant at Bayern for nothing. You also learn from the best. But can he handle Glasgow Rangers. it's pressure on and off the field.

Sheffield Wednesday were 12 points adrift at the bottom of the championship well he arrived and he saved them from going down, second season 12th in the championship with one of the lowest budgets in the league if not the lowest, know nothing about him but rated very highly praised from Barry Bannan, I prefer Derek Mciness, but if it is Rohl he has my full support.
