I only hope the next manager gets enough time and not this constantly revolving door which will never bring success, will fans have patience if he loses a couple in his first half a dozen games, really have my doubts about that, patience is required for success.

Yeah not really about time is it. SG got 3 years but loads were still asking questions about his lack of success before he won the league. Europe was his biggest saviour. that's what for me was Martins biggest nail. You'll get time but you need to see progress. Think our DOF and other pals won't be here next year.

Whoever the new Head Coach is, I hope they come in and treat the fans and club with the respect they deserve.
If they are honest and show they understand the club, they'll earn themselves time.

Our next manager must wear a club suit and brown brogues and if he says no then he is not fit to be our leader. We have standards and that should be the minimum. #naetramps.

Need to give the fans something to buy into mystar. Gerrard showed signs of improvement year on year so fans were patient.

If the next manager shows improvement the fans will get behind him but it needs an experienced guy at the helm not another project.

Honestly, I'm sick of reading about how our manager should be dressed. What difference does it make? Even if they were suited and booted you would get some folk on here complaining that shoes weren't the right shade of brown or that they aren't brogues.

Martin wasn't wanted by the majority of fans as the guy did nothing to warrant a job of our size so he was always against it but his arrogant attitude and promises of a certain style meant we turned quick and that's without talking about his man management.
If we get a man in who has some pedigree and actually gets it, then they will have time since they have to repair all the damage Martin has done.

How did SG show improvement year on year. he finished the first two years with nothing, and finished 3rd with league and that's it. Celtic collapsed and we had covid.

Fans will back a team losing a few games if we can see heart, desire and attacking entertaining football. What we were promised by RM. 100% effort is the minimum requirement and not difficult to understand. I include the players who have not given this as well. If you do not give 100% then you are free to leave.
