if we sell morelos in the summer and defoe leaves or becomes a coach we will need another striker
what about louis moult knows the league would have been top scorer the season he left motherwell i am sure and can get him for free on a pre contract.

John25,did you happen to see the article yesterday, that former arsenal and juve player armant traore said about jermain defoe🤔
Traore played beside defoe at Portsmouth and said in his opinion he's the best finisher he's ever played with and better than RVP 👍
What a compliment that is for defoe 👌Thats obviously including every striker traore has played with at arsenal and juventus! Defoe is some finisher right enough i agree and have always rated the wee man very highly indeed 👌Some of the goals he's even scored for us, even in his late 30's now, have been truly outstanding and a very high quality,
even though he's a sub most of the time for us 👌🇬🇧I would love defoe to get another playing contract with us for another year, with a striker's coaching job thrown in 🙏
I still think if called upon he could do a job in scottish football for us and any future young striker we sign, would benefit greatly, by having defoe as their striker coach 👍 Obviously on reduced terms because of his reduced playing time now!

I'd like Defoe and Davis to get another one year contract. Both are pure class. Signing somebody like Moult or Dykes would be a backward step and this is from somebody who at one time thought signing Shankland would be a good idea! We have Itten, Roofe and Defoe. I'm sure Gerrard will identify another striker if Morelos leaves.

People keep saying he should sign on reduced terms, why should he. Get maximum he can get wherever.
I have read some say give him a coaching, contact. Same re mcgregor same re Davis.
We have enough coaches at rangers, money is tight.

lads we are champions league next season don't think anyone mentioned will fill defoe and fredos boots tbh . say what you want about freddo but in europe i would actually want to keep him .
