Fernandez is coming on a treat he's got what it takes.
A few who jamp on Mr Butland will be hiding today.
Tav i'm sorry hug throwing your hand up everytime you or someone else makes a mistake is not captain material.
Gassama best game in a long time shows his potential
Aasgard hopefully the goal gives him the confidence he needs but he certainly doesn't looks happy.
And last but no least its at the stage I feel sorry for Chermiti.

Thought first half Barron was outstanding doing what he does braking up play, playing it simple and showing real commitment.
He's never going to be a silky midfielder but every team needs a water carrier and he's ours.
He was our best midfielder again today and rightly won the club and sponsors man of the match.

Barron was top class Today, and I thought Chermiti put himself about well and was unlucky not score. Motherwell are a very organised team, so excellent 3 points and up the league we go, we will catch Hearts.

However if u say Barron only runs about then u have no clue aboit the game and absolutely no clue about how mf players play the game and how a mf operates.

I mean you don't need to be outstanding to do a job look at Walter's 2nd spell you had maybe 4/5 players who where excellent ie mcgrgeor, Ferguson, weir, Davis, Naismith then you had players who'd run through walls but weren't that great footballs Boyd, papac, broad foot ect of course there's more who where good ect i'm just making the point if u have a core of players who'd run through anything for u and a few talented around them you can do damage pretty or not.

Storm you're miles off it regarding Connor Barron he covers every blade of grass sets the tempo by playing that way and every team needs a connor Barron, fair enough you don't like the guy but you're way too hard on the young man and he'd be in my Rangers team every week, what an engine he's got, give the guy credit as i don't know what your honestly watching ? Watching Barron on the radio will not help much in assessing the player, they blether too much on there and lack concentration, try watching the game live.

Storm you don't rate Barron that is clear but as you can see others do. perhaps you were brought up to the standard of players post-1986 but we are no longer able to attract or afford that level of player. so we get players like Barron who have great attitude and no little ability and improve them. he is improving and is part of the reason we keep clean sheets.

I agree with Storm. I like Barron, he always gives 100% but he's not good enough to take us to the level that we need to be. He might have been good today but Hearts midfield ran rings around him last week and he is nowhere near good enough for Europe. He's a decent squad player at best.

Barrhead, It's true Butland had a few good saves at vital times yesterday to stop us from going behind but he needs to perform to that level on a more consistent basis and to cut out silly mistakes. He was one of the main reasons for the hard fought win but he shouldn't be beyond criticism when he performs poorly.
