Only passing on info and sharing with you guys on here ?Told last night us and Celtic very interested/keen to sign hibs striker kieran bowie ?Also josh windass likely to become a Rangers player again before the january transfer window shuts, but will be a permanent deal i'm told and the fee is £1.2million and a 2 year deal with a possible 1 year option, windass wants to come definitely, so i'm told ? We're very interested in aberdeen centre half jack milne but that's allegedly for the sumner i'm told ? There's definite interest in cammy devlin also ? There's a winger from aberdeen that bjornebye rates highly and wants Rangers to pursue ?James penrice on loan i was also told was being seriously looked at ?
Only sharing what i was told fellow bears and of course time will tell.

Well we all get some right and wrong as you say. The only decent winger aberdeen have is karlsson. Rest are honkin.

Bowie, I'm on the fence with - providing it's a reasonable fee he's worth a gamble.
Windass, would be a no from me.
Milne, I really rate, however think we may be priced out.
Devlin, would be a no from me.
Penrice, I'd be happy with that one.
Like the look of a couple of the Aberdeen wingers, hopefully it's Keskinen.

Penrice and Milne for me out of that lot.
I was an advocate for Bowie at the end of last season/pre-season but not sure I've seen enough since then, perhaps the transfer talk has affected his game.
I feel a poll coming on regarding which Aberdeen winger would be best, Keskinen or Karlsson?

Bowie will be a non starter because hibs will demand too much money. Do not blame them for doing it obviously but if they want say 4 or 5 million it won't happen.

Can i ask how os bowie any different to Cameron he's not exactly in great form at hibs either still think everyone getting carried away on this lad due to that cracking European goal.
Maybe we should concentrate on playing the guy we have Cameron who scored more goals and made more assists we got him for a reason maybe play him or loan out.

We have enough bang average players already without adding more.
It is first team starters that are needed or we will just be in the same position again and again.

I'd take
devlin in the summer as Back up, I'd pay 500k for him in Jan.
Penrice loan definitely with option and maybe 1st choice definitely compete with Meghoma
Bowie if they want a more than 2.5m I'd ask for loan with obligation if fair targets met
Or flat £2.5m with rest in add ones whicj are fair.
Of Aberdeen wingers I had said I liked keskinen very early on in season. Looked class then faded. Aberdeen rotten though. Karlsson i'm not sure on and actually I've became quite confused. Who is the one they have on loan? That's the one I like and I'd absolutely take him.

Exactly what we need and I'm very surprised people who freak my do know their football on this site being against it. he's 1st pick in a front 4 for me n I'd play him right or as 10.

If I was shoehorning them into the squad
1. Jack Milne Most viable
Young, athletic CB with big upside.
2. Keskinen High ceiling
Direct, pacey, and good resale potential.
3. Karlsson Ready made
More polished right now with a good final ball which we badly need.
4. James Penrice Depth option
Versatile, reliable cover on the left side.
5. Kieran Bowie Squad option
Works hard but inconsistant feel price would be too high just now on where we are at.
6. Cammy Devlin As a free option
Huge engine, limited technically, but worth considering on a free.
7. Josh Windass Least viable
31, inconsistent, doesn't fit the model maybe a short loan at best see how it goes.

Absolutely worth a punt a player that takes on fullbacks remember those days and carries the ball well.
He cuts inside, goes outside, storms the full‑back honestly, my expectations are so high the ceiling's starting to feel threatened.

Windass improved us right now… a far better player than the one we had years ago.
Bowie should be a priority, good in air, fast, strong, left footed… I can name two who came to us like this… one proper legend hately and one we made an arse of Big Dunc get the boy in….

Jason i believe he has a relatively high ceiling, certainly high enough to be a consistent performer at the top of the SPFL.

Depressing list of targets and as bad as we are I genuinely don't know if that makes us any better. Every single player listed there should be a squad player at best.
