Butland had a bad day at the office yesterday and has been our most consistent performer so far this season. There are more urgent positions need filled but GK isn't one of them.

I understand your point Chasni but the goalkeeper is accountable for way too many errors. Even big Sterling bailed him out against Hibs when Butland misjudged a corner. The guy's distribution is brutal and he invites so much pressure on himself due to been over prone to howlers or basis errors. Liam Kelly will be wanting to go to the World Cup and, although Kelly isn't great, he must be wondering what he needs to do to get in before a keeper who has too many errors in his game.
Butland is far from a great goalkeeper and I'm not aware of many other clubs making offers to sign him. We bang on about other players who, at best, are off form and we demand that they're dropped. Unfortunately, Butland is undroppable and knowing this can't possibly keep him on top of his game. I'm sure we'd all hate to get better outfield players in January only for Butland to keep putting in sub standard performances.

Still blue, yup I'm in complete agreement with you, far to many howlers from him, he pulls off the occasional good save, maybe we wood see better from him if he had a decent defence in front of him, big Sterling standard is required, as our midfield and front line give away possession far to easily / too often.

I now agree with other posters on Butland ran outta patience with him he slams other players saying wheres their heads at then he ships a criminal goal for a goalkeeper at his near post.

Mark, in order for us to win the league we will need to learn how to beat both hearts and celtic, a feat we have failed to do for half a season, hearts i'd say will win the league, mcinnes has that team playing well beyond their level, and he has spent very little strenghthening the team, which is an even bigger slap in the face to Rangers and Celtic who have squandered millions upon millions and utterly failed in every attempt to beat them.
Imagine Hearts in the champions league next year, i think we will be lucky to get a spot in any European comp next year on current form likely finish 3rd.
Rohl doesn't seem to know how to beat hearts or Celtic either just like martin, though mciness knows how to skelp both Rangers and Celtic with a pretty average team that are playing very well.
