I would take 5/6 of them in our team. One thing i cannot accept in any Rangers team is no fight. Our team is riddled with swallow me up players. Some above would run through walls.

Ryan, good post and certainly agree that we can improve our squad with players from our own league.
GK. Sinisalo, Hibs. Better than Wright and Kelly.
LB. Montgomery, Livi. Given we don't own a left back, safe to say he improves the depth in that position.
CB. Milne, Aberdeen. Would rather have him as back up to Souttar than Djiga or Fernandez.
RB. Adams, Falkirk. Actually think he's start in our side.
CDM. Sevelj, Dundee Utd. Think he would start in our midfield.
CM. Watson, Killie. Would rather have Watson than Diomande.
CAM. Molotnikov, Hibs. Only 18 and is probably the next talent scheduled to leave our shores. Would get minutes before Thelo and Bajrami.
LW. Keskinen, Aberdeen. Better than Matondo, would challenge Gassama for a starting spot.
ST. Wilson, Hearts. Think he'd be a star in our side, and would suit the style of play Rohl wants to implement.
RW. Mooney, St Mirren, add depth as back up to Antman.
There's a lot of good talent on our league.

I'm not saying some players in our league are not good enough, but am saying wearing a Rangers jersey is far tougher than wearing a Motherwell or Falkirk or Hearts one, we have better quality than many of players mentioned above, but you wouldn't think it when they put that strip on, but our support has a big part to play in that, and most don't even realise it.

If people don't think you could get in top 6 with that team it says a lot braga and Shankland's are prob 2 of the best players currently in the spl there is loads of good players there problem is I doubt they could make the step up to Europa league I know we can't that now but we need to be aiming for that.

Interesting lists guys. there's certainly talent within the league who could help. EHL I'm surprised u say these would improve our squad given u said only a couple from Hearts would get in before.

Struggle to think of a real good left back from our league that we could attract at least but there are so many players in our league way better than what we have. From the games I've seen this season I liked the look of and that I think are realistic transfers:

Here lies the problem. Read a saying on FB and it got me thinking.
As a worker you get paid for what you do. As a manager you get paid for what you know and the higher up get paid for who they are.
Think we can say with certainty that the first two hasn't and didn't apply to the summers appoint and the third applies to the higher more strategic summer appointments. Proof is in the episode that followed.
We are constantly jumping from English model to European model with a player trading model that has had some success but is not delivering trophies. Yet we won't look at players in league because they are not good enough. Have we become a super European top team? "We are the people" is history and unless the board get a grip we will be in situ for a long time coming.
We won a league with big Marvin remember.
Our approach to a footballing philosophy is killing this club. Danny has shown he can be pragmatic. You could see on Sunday by bringing Raskin back, that he was on the ball more. Bit like the old sweepers I played with. CH win the ball and give it to midfield, stop trying to make everyone a baller. We need to bring players in that want to win, not see us as a stepping stone and plenty in our league come under that.

I'm pretty comfortable that my opinion on both can exist with being contradictory.
I doubt that many of the Hearts squad could adapt to the style of play required at Rangers, especially across the backline and midfield.
The players I've mentioned above I think would.

Is Sinasola not Celtics back up goalie and isn't Montgomery on loan to Livi from Celtic. I must say if the game is including picking guys from them, I wouldn't take these two.

All players most would deem not good enough - all players who played their part.
We can't build a squad of 20+ starters.
Same would be the case with all our successful teams - behind the core group of 15 players we need a squad with depth that understands the league and the club, helps maintain the standards day to day and is ready to give their all when required.
