I mean there's 11 players on the pitch but let's just pick one. Didn't watch the game as I was working but maybe blame Butland for being once again a liability in a big game with 2 shot on target and conceding 2 before making a save. Maybe realise we have 2 ball winning midfield in Raskin and Barron who I guess didn't do their jobs, Raskin is completely non-existent for a while and Barron having to cover him and himself.
You might not like Dio and yes he's out of form but he's the only midfielder who actually wants to get forward that we have or would you rather he play Asagaard or Rothwell?

The reason that Tavernier was playing is obvious, there was nobody else. Rohl has left him out recently but with injuries and Djiga away its either him of Nsiala who hasn't kicked a competitive ball for months until Rohl arrived. A big game to throw him in, so you go back to the captain. In hindsight we should have gone to a back 4 and played another forward.
As for Butland his mistake at the second goal probably cost us the match in the end but you can't just say he let two past him before he made a save as if that's a valid stat, he had no chance with the header at the first goal. Much as I thought Diomande had a shocker you're right to say he wasn't the only one, Butland, Tavernier, Raskin and Miovski were all awful as well.

In the here and the now mystar the club would bite the hand off another club for what we paid, think it was 4.5 million.
He looks anything but that and has floated in an out of the team and now been left out by his country.
Maybe a loan is best for him as I don't see us getting a good fee currently.
If he performs better at another league then you never know.
We need to move him on though, he's been with us two years nearly and looks worse instead of getting better.
