SWS i'm one of Raskins biggest fans but thought he was well off it today had flashes but for a guy who plays regularly for Belgium he should be taking these games by scruff of the neck and dictating play, but its just not happening.

Duntocher, if you've read any of my posts over the last couple of months or so you will see how critical i've been to nico Raskin's performances for us mate and may i add i've also stated that i'm a big fan of nico and rate him highly ?But against motherwell this afternoon i thought he had a decent game and much better performance by him going on recent performances ?.

Id move Raskin and Dio on in January for the right money. Not a 2nd thought.

I'm the same as you coops. Thought Raskin was better but Barron, Butland and, to a lesser extent, Gassama were outstanding. Aasgaard was also much better imo.

Raskin has been off form for weeks but he was terrific today, he and Barron chased and harried all game, won the ball back and drove forward when they got it. Considering we are a man short in midfield every game that Diomande plays which was especially difficult today against a team that likes to knock it around midfield areas.
The two of them, Butland and Gassama were our best players today.

Thought Raskin improved second half. Still the shadow bof the player he was. Level is below par.
Would sell Dio but hold onto Raskin to see how does after world cup.
If he plays well price tag goes up. If not we haven't lost anything.
Players have dips, up to manager to sort.
