Don't really understand the logic of the spl players being touted of not being able to handle the pressure to play for us but lads like this kid fae tromso Dahl would. The same as other foreign players being able to handle it, how on earth would we know they could also, we wouldn't know until they play for us.
See it as a wee bit arrogant to state who could and couldn't handle the pressure.

Shota not saying Dahl would be able to handle the pressure and he would have the same demands as the SPL players though. one thing he is talented and is young so can improve as well. we want to play a certain style and that isn't 9 behind the ball which is what the SPL players are used to playing. there are some who would come and adapt but name one who we have bought who has excelled since we came back up? not snobbery but a bit of realism for where we want to go.
nothing to do even with whether the players mentioned are decent or not; just do they fit the style we want to play. Rohl has seen them all now so if he wanted or wants them he would be saying to our recruitment team and vice versa.

think it's more as the tromso player is probably seen as someone with big potential and perhaps the personality/ability at a young age to come into a team and have an impact.
i'm not saying findlay or gogic etc don't, I have no idea how they would get on at Rangers but i've seen both play lots and never thought I hope Rangers sign them (not that that means anything).
That being said I've never seen dahl play before either but wouldn't say it's arrogance, more just ones more exciting than the other for fans. It's also not a guarantee of success either as we are seeing Miovski underperforming, chances or not his overall gameplay as been pretty poor.
I have no doubt there are players in the spfl that could improve the team, hopefully the correct ones are identified and signed.

Its just shows how far we have fallen when Windass rumours are believed and some think he's the answer to our goal scoring problems. Some laugh.

Totally agree shota, if we kept Dessers and spent the Chermiti fee in our league we would be top right now, no question imo.

Lost me in that argument Davie, is it not the point about Rangers and not how other teams play against each other. Every team apart from Celtic play defensive against us with quick transition from defence to counter attack. Really doesn't matter what other teams do against each other.
