No player is at fault here, this is all down to the board 100%. Players come and go as do managers and this one has out stayed his welcome. I will reiterate this is not RMs faults as its not Pedors fault or the breadmans fault or Beales fault or PCs fault or GVB fault. The buck stops at board, we though we had it sorted when the 49ers came in but the manager recruitment is still not correct. I don't know what the answer is but we consinstenty fail year in this year out when we shouldnt. 49ers look to where it works and copy. Winning the SPL is and should alaways be the target, everything else falls into place after that.
