Ibrox tour today was amazing guys. If u haven't done that it and u get the chance go for it. A great experience. Staff and guides were great too despite the situation, not give anything away tho but clear they feel something has to change soon. Almost apologetic to us. Certainly no real love lost with regards Martin amongst anyone. One thing that stands out as u walk through the magnificent old building and trophy room and listen to the history is a strong desire to set high standards and respect in everything and to keep tradition, and it certainly came across that he has totally disrespected everything this club means. Almost every part was highlighting a contrast with how he should be acting. U could see just how much the club and it's history means to these people and how they are hurting while trying to guide us round. Hopefully things soon change for the better but still a fantastic experience.

I wish I will take that tour soon, Kaiser.
As for RM, I am not defending him, but it is hard to get a team in a couple of months playing together with 15 new players, many of them not interested in being here.

1st time i done the tour was by tiny gallachers son john i think his name was. His attention to detail and knowledge of the club was amazing. Also personal stories of inside ibrox as a boy with his mum etc. 2nd time i don't the tour was not as good.

Hope u get the chance mate and there's more a positive buzz about the place when u go.
Its a whole new team but most he new or wanted. Up to him to make a place they want to be a part of. Players and staff around the place.

Guide today was brilliant and really passionate. Took a real interest in the kids around but also tons of extra history and stories.

Funnily enough I was at a tour and it was Russell Martin taking it today.
"Right folks, welcome to Ibrox, the home of Rangers Football Club. We'll start the tour… eh… at the back. Because I always like to start at the back. Don't worry about the front, we'll maybe get there eventually… sideways. "
The group of fans look confused as Martin shuffles them into a corner, points to a door, then changes his mind. "Actually, let's go left. No, wait, right. Actually let's just go sideways for a bit. You'll get there in the end — maybe. "
In the trophy room, he walks straight past the cabinets filled with silverware. "Don't look at those just yet. We'll get to them later. For now, focus on this empty space on the wall. Imagine what could be there if we keep moving the tour from side to side. "
One fan asks about the European Cup Winners' Cup. Martin shrugs. "Aye, it's in here somewhere, but let's not get too direct. We'll circle back round three or four times before we actually stop in front of it. ".

Rangers Tour is brilliant. Always a great day out. I did Windsor park and would highly recommend. I had to ask to leave. The guy had us there nearly 3 hours. He was class but boy could he talk ?. He was handing out water and lucozade sports from the fridge in the changing room ?. He even told the Linfield squad who were training that they better win tomorrow for us visitors ?.
