I agree wholeheartedly that martin is way out his depth, but having said that whoever is scouting these player's is not far off just as bad.
Chermiti (strangest transfer ever)
Aarons (woeful)
Djiga (good player in English league 1)
Fernandes (another utterly strange transfer)
Rothwell (who knows)
Aasgaard (not cutting it at all)
Moore (terrible signing, didn't understand it at the time, still don't)
Antman (1 good game, confidence shot to pieces)
Gassa ( looks a player but goes missing every other game)
Cameron ( one of our better signings, but something stinks with this fake injury.
We swapped igamane for chermiti
Dessers for miovski
Balogun for djiga
Aarons was supposed to be tavs replacement, who is 3 years passed his best, but tav keeping him out team.
Aasgaard for hagi etc etc. Our full scouting network needs showing the door it's dire.

I agree with Mark44 these players would be much better in a better system with a better manager where they understand the tasks and are able to play to their strengths.

I believe this manager has broke their confidence and they prob don't want to play and it shows, yes their professional and should give their best but they are human so things do effect them
Think we will be surprised how well they can play under a different type manager and tactics.

Right there with you BB4, our summer recruitment has been absolutely dire. Even with another manager I still see these players as nowhere near the requires quality.
Seen so many folk say Gassama is great but I don't see it at all, he has a coupe of goals but done nothing of note since our first few games and you can see why he never gets assists either.

Not going to slag off individuals because still believe making team under right manager but we and why not Thelwell et Al don't see RM nowhere near right man I'll never know. Are they scared compensation? Small price to get right man and team playing. I live in hope.

I honestly can't believe we spanked 8 million on this kid (not his fault) when the defence is in that much of a mess. Martin and whoever sanctioned it need to go.

Totally agree Mark. I think Martin has sucked the life and confidence out of the players, bringing in a manager with with a style which may allow the players to feel more comfortable and to allow them to play to their strengths.
