We're going on about 3-4 million it would take for barasic and we're being told it will take 4-5 million for sands whom I think is nothing dpecial anytime I've seen him we need to start valuations our own players higher.

Personally I’d be looking to play Sands at CB next year and I expect him to get more game time at CB than as a CDM.

John25 it took Lundstram 4 to 5 months to become a mainstay in the midfield. We don't have that luxury this time around with Sands. Surely you can't be suggesting he's ready to start each game in the middle of the park for us? Maybe 6 months from now but certainly not now.

No sweep u hit it on head, it took Lundstrum a while, if we don’t give him game time, he will never be ready.
Gio considered him good enough to play in Seville, mb he knows more than us, remember Gio went to Wilson saying he wanted him In January

Got to remember moving from the MLS is a massive adjustment (football and cultural) . He's young and adapting. I definitely think there's a player in there. Maybe Gio is giving him time to adapt out of the firing line? maybe he reads this forum and knows players get pelters for a bad 5 minutes!

If Gio has plan on how the he wants the team to play, which I'd guess he has, then if as John points out that Sands was his 1st signing then urely he has plans for him. Just a guess chaps.

Might get a run out when we switch to back 5 and see games out same as last season. If gvb had big plans for him surely would have been a regular last season? Am not saying he's a bad player, just can't see where he's fitting into the midfield. Be very surprised if hesba regular starter. Lunny jack and kamara imo all better than him.

Not bad for a stop / start Rangers career compared to Lundstram who is a fixture in the Rangers team and who many wanted to chase back down to England. Even though Lundstram himself has said the weight of expectation playing under his hero and England legend in Gerrard got to him early doors.
Let’s cut Sands some slack and see how he performs this season coming.

Paul you are right Jack is better than him so other two you mentioned but the problem with Jack is he doesn’t start enough games because he is never fit.
