Another good performance, would have won if Alf and Roofe were playing. We lost the league with these silly draws early in the year. I still blame Gerrard for bailing out mid-season. Professionally, he should have waited until the end of the season to move on. He hasn't exactly set Aston Villa alight has he? GVB has done very well picking up the reins and in Europe we continue to impress. Europa Cup/ Scottish Cup double will do for me. GVB will do his own thing next season and we'll win the league back again.

Morelos is 2 goals in 18 v them. Sakala 1 in 5. Think he's been harshly treated here. We got a draw. Unfortunately we through the leage away in games roofe and morelos were fit and playing.

Agree 100% . Gerard losing the league if he stayed would have derailed his ambitions. He took the first opportunity and scattered. Fair play to GVB for the European journey that I feel will bring more credibility than winning the league if we do the job. Ramsay and the 35 million wonderboy were 2 huge mistakes . But onwards and upwards to thursday and don't look back as the league was always a huge ask . we kept our pride and confidence factor up today. Now its time to do us proud.

On a slight positive about our draws this season, apart from against Aberdeen it has been top 6 clubs that took points off us, rather than the usual of us dropping points to the bottom clubs.

You can’t blame Gerrard for losing the league, Doiger.
After initially winning 7 in a row, Gio then dropped points in 6 of his next 12 games including 2 defeats to Celtic.
Or does that mean Gerrard gets credit for the EL run?

Not being clinical enough has been a problem all season. Morelos is so vital to the way we play but he does miss an awful lot of chances and Roofe has been injured more than he’s been available. They’ve got about 11 or 12 goals each in the league, with the amount of ball and chances we create we should have a striker who’s getting 25+ League goals a season. The draws that have cost us have been horrendous, Hearts, Motherwell and Ross county were all last minute goals we conceded in games we should have been out of sight in. Then the 2-2 Motherwell game which you should never give a 2-0 HT lead away to Motherwell. Even today, Kent has the same chance as Jota and doesn’t even hit the target and Sakala could have had a hat trick on another day.
Need a proper penalty box goalscorer in the summer who isn’t going to be on the treatment table as much as Roofe. Would improve our chances of putting games to bed easier and lesson tue burden on Morelos! Have relied on Alfredo too much all year and it lead to him getting burnt out and not being at his best at times then he got inured.

The Board has to take its share of the blame for not strengthening in the summer. You strengthen when you are on top. Parks and Co rested on their laurels, our main competitors strengthened and we didn't and it is now costing us!

Gers man, sakala was our biggest threat today what were you watching? Scored hit the post hart made a good save from him. A couple of headers just off target, bit poor to blame him thought he was a real threat today.

Herewego Sakala couldn’t lace Morelos boots. Yeah he scored the goal and hit the post which he should
Finish but first half he was rank he’s never rangers class I’ve tried to give him the benefit of doubt but not for me need better than him. Hope he goes and proves me wrong on Thursday but when he’s in the team it doesn’t fill me with confidence.
