Geronimo, I hope to hell we get 2 wins, but that scenario is not by any means impossible if we play like the Hibs game. Let's hope it's a one off and not the same same old as last few seasons.

Oh dear! It's not only 2 draws, is it? It's 2 years of the same mistakes. It's 2 years of the same tactics. It's 2 years of abject failure. You list players that will net us a profit and you are right. Now, if it's not the players that are the problem, it must be the manager. Who else can it be? It's got to be something.

I think everyone needs to look into the bigger picture regards where we are as a club at this moment. Look at us from day one of gerrards reign, what have we improved on? let's look at 4 key areas
TRANSFERS- He has been backed significantly in the transfer market and has a terrible success ratio ( yes some blame lies with recruitment team but surely SG signs off on each transfer ) at a glance its 1 in 3 are a success 1 IN 3! that's shocking strike rate. No player that he has brought in has moved on for a profit. Transfer dealings for me are a fail
DOMESTICALLY- We have bottled it in almost every single game in his tenure ( semi finals, games to put pressure on THEM, games to open a lead, must wins games to stay in the hunt ) . Yes people will say the players haven't shown the heart but they are HIS players. Almost every member of the squad is a SG signing. We have won 0 and have ended the seasons a long way behind Celtic. Again this is a fail
EUROPE- Yes we have done fantastic in Europe and has helped financially so on this front its a success
TACTICS- Does SG have a plan B? can he shake it up? can he make subs to impact a game? Answer is more often than not, NO. When we are struggling or behind in a game he sits with hands in his pockets looking clueless. So have to say this is a failure
so on these 4 points he has failed 3 of the 4, any other manager would have been long gone
I know we will get all the usual talk of " look where we were" " would you rather have Pedro" etc etc and from that shambles we are a better side but let's be real, anyone would have been an improvement from that debacle
Will chopping and changing give us success? highly unlikely but can anyone say they are truly happy? How long do we continue to accept mediocracy, lack of heart, fight etc?

Its two years of playing catch up to that lot in east end. Instant success was never going to happen. We have improved granted we should of won a cup. The squad we have now is worth 10x what it was when Gerrard arrived. People need to try backing manager at last season we dropped points n never looked like scoring in games. that's not been the case this year we just need to be more clinical. Get behind manager I honestly think the league will be ours this year.

He's would get more of a break if he was persevering with young players instead of dropping them and forgetting about them. Or in some cases signing potential players with no intention of giving them a chance. A lot of money being wasted unfortunately, just need to hope this season works out.

Its the lack of tactical know how that I believe is the cause of our lack of consistency. We have some really good players that on their day will give a lot of teams in europe and of course celtic a good hiding. Its the managers inexperience. ðŸ‘.
