Well it was complete surprise to me. We seem to be on an upward curve and I wasn't expecting it. Values or visions not to sure why, but it seems again some confusion on what our model is. The issue for me is there has been a presumption that because certain individuals have dined at the big table they have the skills required.
Not our vision though. ?? Player trading model should indicate that if Raskin leaves, the cash is used to bring in other but hopefully someone is already coming through to take over. Knows the style, the approach, what's expected. I just hope that players are given a chance. I think Danny will already see in some, they aren't what's required.

Love the comment, "because certain individuals have dined at the big table, they have the skills required. " Exactly, Windy. Many posters kept saying things like, "you don't get a job at this team or that team in the EPL, " without actually looking at what they'd done at these clubs.
