Recruitment i'd players, Thelwell negotiated fee and salary, Stewart pays from the allocated budget
The owners stated they did not wish to micromanage executive people, I think that needs to change, but does Cavanagh have the knowledge
Imo we should have a ceiling on player cost, certainly lower than 8 million.

I wouldn't mind paying 8 million for a player that was worth it and delivered for us.
How or why we paid that amount for Chermiti is ridiculous.
A striker that hadn't scored in 28 months prior to joining us just doesn't make sense.
Strange they both got the boot with immediate effect.

Chermiti was out with long term injuries during the no score period, plus his injury rehab, see Danilo, was scoring for fun in Brazil, at Ajax and Feyenoord before coming to us, not so much now since his long term injuries and rehab, still the best CF we have right now, he's scored more than the Miovski and Chermiti combined.
None of our current CFs are Rangers quality on current form and a fit in form Morelos, Dessers, Igamane could outscore all of the current 3 combined and barely break a sweat doing so.
We don't keep proven strikers we release or sell them then squander millions buying multiple duds to
Replace them lol.
