Not overly concerned with what they do to be honest but slightly surprised they wouldn't let O'Neil carry on as he has made a good start and certainly knows how to motivate his teams.

Knutsen is a really good manager but it would be interesting to see if he can translate what he does from Norwegian to Scottish football. Not criticising the guy at all he has been brilliant at Bodo Glimt but sometimes managers just fit at a certain club and don't do so well elsewhere.

So true wsl. Sometimes managers get a perfect fit but doesn't always translate to a new team and country, happens constantly mate. I don't think for one minute that they will rip up there whole structure for a manager, time will tell.

At this stage i would put Kjetil above Danny i have never been shy in saying that.
At this moment in time I don't believe Kjetil will be the Celtic manager.

I think Danny Röhl will bring success to Rangers.
I believe he has the ability to move on to the upper echelons of the Bundesliga when he moves on from us.
To compare managers is impossible in a sense due to the amount of variables.
