Interesting times at Rangers once again. Firstly Great to see Thornton back in a senior role a would be delighted if he was made permanent although not sure if its something he desires. A think once these roles are filled purdy and Thelwell son will be next.

I've never met the man, John, but I have heard people speaking highly of him. In the CEO position he would effectively running the club's administration and fiscal side, which may well suit him. As for Sporting Director, I'll leave that to the experts inside the club and the speculators elsewhere as I have no idea.
