At the price people at t level cost wouldn't it be a lot wiser to look for a cheaper alternative who can do the job just as well.

He's certainly been successful in past roles at Southampton, Tottenham and Monaco with transfer business and recruitment led by data.
My only hesitation is, he has been doing this with much superior budgets at clubs with less scrutiny and lower expectations. Can he be as successful on a lower budget but with even higher demands?
