He does it almost week Lily for us.
He costs 7-10 goals a season by missing aerial balls whether it's set pieces or king balls or crosses.

Stevie how many goals has Van Dijk and Konate cost Liverpool this season? and John Souttar ain't a patch on them, but this happens with all cb's, same as every cf misses easy chances, yes he has lost his form but he's a good cb and a far better cb than Katic mate, well definitely imo.

The goal actually starts with an error from McTominay, followed by an error from Hanley, followed by an error from Souttar, followed by an error from Robertson, then finally and error from Hanley.
When there is such a systemic breakdown in a passage of play like that - I'd argue that the fault is with the coaching team.

well said EHL. i'm hot n cold on soapy. he just seems clumsy and lethargic at times in the area. almost every game unless we re playing a crap team and were all over them. (few and far between right now) and don't get me started on Djiga. think he takes a melatonin before the game.

Hes 6'4 or something and he loses more goals from aerial mistakes than any defender I've ever seen.

Nice try at defending Souttar, yes there are faults elsewhere but him losing the bouncing ball and then running under it, is by far and away the biggest contributor to that goal. If he deals with it like he should the subsequent save and follow up wouldn't happen.
He has been rotten all season and in fact has only had 4 good games, all season, all for Scotland before last night.
Didn't he fall asleep and get caught by a guy running in behind him against Roma the other night? On current form he shouldn't even be in the Rangers team never mind playing for Scotland.

I'm not defending him, it's what happened, yes the defence was mince, and I'd rather take a coaches analysis, Mctominay and Hanley made errors before Souttar but carry on blame the guy 3rd in line, where do u get I'm defending him from saying what happened as I seen it, or does that not suit your opinion or narrative.
