Am I interpreting Rohl right in that he's happy with the staff including Smith as part of that coaching staff or will he go back to the academy?
Also would be interesting to see this traffic light system he's used and who falls into green, yellow and red as he put it. Mentioning contracts to me suggest red will be players like Matondo, Dowell, etc. and where does Raskin land with his contract up in about 18 months? Oh to get my hands on that dossier.

As i said the other day on here, i would be more than happy if it was indeed stevie smith that Danny Rohl chose to be part of his backroom team ?Stevie Smith is a good coach ???.

Raskin must be up there. Not going to apportion colour other than to say new regime, outlook, priorities might just turn him to new Improved contract for additional 5 yrs. We live in hope.

To the likes of EHL, John, Asa, have you guys heard anything regarding if stevie smith is definitely in the mix regarding who's been spoken to, about possibly becoming part of Danny Rohl's backroom team ?.

SWS, I think Smith will be with the first team for the rest of the season.
I think Rohl wants to shake things up a fair bit, but to do so there is some restructuring to do, and it's not ideal to do it mid season.

Going by what he said yesterday he happy with Smith. Perhaps others like Davis that were mentioned are still involved with national team so may come later, but think Stevie can step up to the role.
