A little bit Cooper, but truth be told I'm really enjoying the role at Hearts.
I've got a great pool of players from youth to first team across both the men and womens squads and I just keep getting busier and busier - so really can't complain.
That said pretty much everyone I speak to is very complimentary about Rohl and his team.
Fingers crossed I'll make a return one day - although I think the Mrs is enjoying the fact I'm away more often.

Same Ehl, i think we're in good hands. He obviously wasn't my first choice, in hindsight that was maybe fear of the unknown. It's still early days but massive improvement since he came in, in the spl and that's a good place to start.
It's quite exciting to think what he could do with a few signings of his own.
I'm pretty sure you'll be back one day Ehl ?.

I'm really enjoying Rohl's interactions with the media too. He's positive and doesn't look phased by the challenges ahead. He's getting everyone onside. This is more of a question than a criticism but is he too open? He appears to give a lot away in terms of tactics and processes.
This may be a modern way of doing things and culturally it could be a continental approach. However, I remember Walter Smith keeping his cards close to his chest and Advocaat for that matter. He's a very likeable guy and hopefully this approach works for everyone involved.

So far everything impresses me about this guy. Wish he'd been in from the start. Though maybe it's the contrast that makes him stand out, who knows what we'd have been like but he oozes class and respect. Now it's just the players that concern me.
Rostosto interesting question but it doesn't concern me talking tactics openly because he is so adaptable as seen already. Our previous managers didn't need to say much as everyone knew their tactics which never changed so exploited them.
