Lads I watched parts of the game yesterday. I am struggling to even watch a full game the now.
Yip I get we have injuries etc but what infuriates me is when are trying to play a formation with the players we have at our disposal out of position.
It's clear right right now that we can defend. Let's give more support upfront to Dessers. Every game I watch he's getting left up top himself. Same yesterday. 2 and 3 defenders on our one striker.
Our midfield don't have the legs to get close to him when he gets the ball. Cyril has to hold the play up and wait for runners. It's not going to happen.
If we Win or lose the League we have ANOTHER massive rebuilding job to do.
Id like to forget about loan deals. It's clear in thier contract that they must play a certain amount of games. Look at Silva for instance. Btw what did Phil see in him?
Can I see us beating them at Parkhead? No. And says a lot as they are terrible too.

Good points. Dessers at least tries and although he’s missed chances he’s still scoring goals. What did the manager see in Silva? Because all I can see him doing is diving. Sometimes I wonder what the manager is thinking all together? It’s all Dessers fault though. Everything. ?.

To me that’s the issue. Stop with the grandstand loan signings and bring ones that will bust a gut and a reality of keeping.

imo, rangers should be switching to two up front and back again in certain games when required, like yesterday when dessers is struggling and the winger is wieful, get 2 in the box, to help dessers, then revert back, let the oppo figure you out, one of our major issues tho is the almost total lack of rubbishs from cantwell lundstrum and every other midfield player, shooting from middle creates chances for the striker from deflections, spillages, rebounds etc, we are awful at that and have been fir a while, pc has my full support for the future, but there's no doubt he has made serious mistakes recently, and silva absolutely must have an agreement to plat because he's just a joke figure after the embarrassment v hearts.

Loan deals isn't the way to go. You can't built a squad with Loan players then they leave. Yes I get the financial restraints but it doesn't work imo.
When was the last loan player we had who set the heather on fire so to speak? Kent? .

We need to structure our team based on the needs of an individual game and the opposition that we are facing. That probably means having a quality squad of 18 - 20 players, all of a similar standard to Butland. Not an easy ask and certainly not one that we could achieve without a couple of loan signings and a few Bosmans. Problem for me is that very few of our current squad would come anywhere close.

I’d say sima was a success re loan till injury, Cortes looked ok but we did not see enough to say he was a success.
