Hearing strong rumours that Barron has agreed to join in the summer? Anybody else heard anything?

I just came on here to hopefully see any transfer rumour to cheer me up. Hopefully he is, we need young players with legs for that midfield and to lower our wage bill considerably this summer. We have been overpaying average players for too long and that’s one of the reasons they can’t be offloaded easily, same thing Man Utd do but they are on a higher scale.

Nothing although I'm sure 1 poster on here said we were interested, but that PC felt Cole McKinnon should be given a chance instead of bringing Barron in.

Was lots of talk of it a few months ago but went quiet with some rumours that a deal was agreed and Barron’s agent went back asking for more. He’s one I think we should sign but I think there’s some talk of him going to Italy as well.

I think with the possibility of a midfield overhaul he would be a fantastic option to have and could only get better for us. Wouldn't cost anything and would improve the depth of our squad massively.

He’s apparently turned us down as been confirmed by multiple sources. Looks like he wants a move abroad like Ferguson and Doig.

I was at a wedding last weekend and the groom was from Aberdeen. He had a couple of relatives that knew the lad Barron and a couple more that work for the club. All 4 were under the impression that we are interested in Barron but also 2 others. 1 is Miovski but can't remember the other.

Fully agree RFC, Lundstram's time at Rangers should be over, same with all those that are leaving. I just hope PC doesn't show any sentiment for the cup final. Serial losers don't deserve to play!

I think if Barron was going abroad or down south it would have been announced by now. My opinion is nothing is announced is cause he’s coming to us and that would turn the sheep mega against Barron and it’s being kept down low till season is done.

Good info with Wishy. Happy with Barron on a free. Another Scottish player in. Could have future value. Not sure replacing Jack is a priority, he’s done very little for us and fitness record/ availability has been poor.

John, my star if that's the young LB that's the 1. Seemingly we think he will progress similar to Hickey and Doig.
Hearing that Miller from motherwell and the young CM from killie Watson have also been identified as players we want.
