Many on here have stated that Cantwell is not good enough recently and flatters to deceive.
So if you don't rate him and want him out, how much would you accept for him?

I defy anyone telling me that todd cantwell isn't a talented footballer because he is and there's absolutely no doubt about that. He's not hit the heights this season so far which of course is a fair assessment and i put that down to injuries and a stop start season for him so far. ?
His first 4 or so months with us showed how good he can be and if he can get a run without being interrupted by niggling injuries, i'm sure he'll find that undoubted class/ form again for us ? Sometimes we're far too quick to want players sold on a whim because they've lost a bit of form. ?
Cantwell is a very good footballer and his performance against hearts of late in the scottish cup semi final proves what he can do, because he was easily the most talented and best player on the park at hampden who at his best is sometimes moves ahead of his teammates ?.

Hes one of the few in our team who can dribble. He gets a hard time because no1 else can do it and he's expected to.

Where i sit in the copland everyone around me rates him and likes him and you're correct mate he needs others to help as i feel too much ownuce is put on him and he himself trys to do too much ?He can absolutely produce the killer pass through the lines which has been proven before and if you speak to anyone down in england they'll tell you how talented a footballer cantwell is ?.

He looked good when Tillman was in side, his work rate is high, in bigger games he tends to try too much and holds ball too long at times, ball needs to move quicker v Celtic etc to make the best of opportunities.

Remember he didn't have that many after him when we bought him. Has he impressed enough to change people's opinions so we could expect decent bids? I'm not so sure. I like him but he needs to improve end product.

I don’t think he’s a bad player but he flatters to deceive and doesn’t really influence a game anymore. It’s clear to see he doesn’t suit PC’s style of play and he’ll be back in the championship next season I suspect.
When we’re only playing 1 up top we need our wingers and number 10 to heavily influence the game, only Sima has really done this.

3-5m. Talented, but nowhere near as good as many of our fans think he is IMO. Not to mention he cares about himself more than anything else.
Not a player that takes us forward IMO. A slightly faster version of Hagi who scores less goals and makes less assists (when comparing their first full league season. Hagi: P33, G7, A11. Cantwell: P28, G5, A4).
Not advocating for Hagi, just pointing out Cantwell is no better. Actually statistically poorer.
I'd personally move both on.

We have no natural width and a 9 with limited movement that makes the role of a 10 very difficult. Cantwell is a player and one we should be keeping for next season.

Cantwell has blown hot and cold like most number 10s do around world football. I do think he should have more in terms of goals and assists but we’ve got far bigger issues than Cantwell.

Doubling down on cantwell just has the touches of what you done with Kent when he was there with all this talented nonsense. He was talented a good few years ago for 1/ 2 season max then disappeared and he had a good last half of last season for us but been utter rank this season.

I like cantwell and he can give u something different, but the way forward I doubt if he has a future at ibrox. problem he has is his relationship with the manager
