I think defeat last night might turn out to be a godsend for us, to compete we need a full squad (Stirling big miss ) and a top striker when you play in latter rounds in Europe, need to get 3 points on Sunday and give the team a deserved rest, a fit Stirling, Cantwell and Sima after break and no midweek football a think we could win every game till end of season and I would be one happy bear, p. s I was soaked to Ys by time I got in last night lol.

I feel like Roofe looks sharp and puts in a shift every time he comes back from injury. It doesn’t take him much time to get up to speed.

Dessers gets criticised for putting in a shift but we should play roofe because he puts in a shift, you can't make this stuff up.

Where did dessers put in a shift? Just because he runs about chasing shadows isn't a shift, his hold up play is atrocious, the amount of chances he misses is unbelievable his positional sense is questionable aswell as his decision making but like it or not he is the only striker wee have who's fit and some who are hoping for roofe to drag us to win the league is worrying. Has anyone got info on how many games in a row he's managed to play without getting injured.

I'm entitled to mine and I think he puts in a shift every time he wears the jersey. I didn't say he plays well. He certainly tries hard.

I always take Roofe’s availability as an unexpected bonus. I’d start him on Sunday. If he’s available after the break then great. He’s the first one out the door for me end of season, hopefully with a couple more medals in his pocket.
