Cant farm out we need ten million to get to the end of season yeat rangers announce there going to Dubai for a winter break unreal.

{Ed001's Note - it is not that expensive to go to Dubai for a football club. Plenty of training facilities (a few of the local clubs recently merged so there is excess) and the government helps subsidise visits as they want teams here. They are trying to make it the happiest city in the world, so they look to entice sports teams, sports etc into town as they know fans will love it and the players will no doubt be visiting sports clubs etc while here to encourage kids. They are desperately trying to avoid an obesity crisis by getting people exercising, so I am sure Rangers will do a day or two of public appearances teaching kids and similar.}

It still must be a lot more expensive than staying at home surely.

{Ed001's Note - depends on if sponsors are paying or not. Usually these trips can be paid for by a sponsor.}

Jyf let’s not do winter training. Let’s stay here and freeze maybe train.
The manager and the club know what they r doing. Try get behind them.

The club has to be run in a professional manner that costs money, the funding for the rest of the season will be in place that will include trips like these.

I see that Rangers and Celtic fans are complaining about the price of the old firm final tickets (and rightly so) but am i correct in thinking that it is the two clubs in the final that agree the price. So if it was lower supported team the ticket price would be lower.
So if this is the case then its our own clubs to blame?

06 Nov 2019 17:24:12
If it was lower supported club then demand would be lower. because it's OF, demand thru roof. Demand to extent setting price because price will be propensity to pay (what punters will be willing to pay) . OF don't have say in price, just number of tickets.

My bad thought price of tickets was between clubs and allocation was the hoods at hampden.

Any help would be appreciated.

It's a bit annoying for me that most of Gers' games seem to be shown on BT Sport. I've got Sky Sports and Amazon Prime but hardly ever see Rangers live on TV! As I live 450 miles south of Glasgow, it ain't easy to get up to games these days. Anybody know which other TV channels might be showing the Porto game?

06 Nov 2019 14:25:20
Bt sport showing Porto game. Least it sky on Sunday doiger.

06 Nov 2019 14:32:33
You will get it on Hesgoal on laptop Or even sometimes you tube Doiger if that’s any help.
