so hearts jumped ship as well Ann Budge to be allowed to spear head league reconstruction by order of spfl.

big blue bear

1.) 15 Apr 2020 21:23:52
Anything to make sure the mhanky mhob get handed their three quarter title. Never mind, forever tainted it will be and never accepted. How desperate must they be?

2.) 16 Apr 2020 07:58:09
putting Budge in charge of league reconstruction when her own club have a massive vested interest is just laughable

i honestly didnโ€™t think this farce could get any worse

Teams like Falkirk and the Jags have been absl shafted

Scottish football is bent as a bottle of crisps.

3.) 16 Apr 2020 10:15:18
well said seeker. all that for 0.79 of a season it is!

4.) 16 Apr 2020 10:16:23
Blanket refusal of any bear going to any away game. these clubs bank on 1000s of us going. Let's not go and elevate their finances. Scottish football is corrupt to the core.

06 Apr 2020 19:59:32
rangers players to take 50% pay cut 3 months.

big blue bear

1.) 06 Apr 2020 21:38:25
And the manager and his staff you forgotten to Add them.

2.) 07 Apr 2020 07:53:35
Well done to the rangers team for doing this.
Ease the pressure until we know what's happening.
Has anyone recieved season ticket letter yet? I've not recieved mine, will they be sent out this week?

3.) 07 Apr 2020 10:16:23
Wage cut, where is that said? all I can see is the players and directors are deferring their wages for 3 month period, does that just mean they are still on same wage but not getting paid it until later? in other words full pay when season ticket monies come in?

4.) 07 Apr 2020 10:28:47
Whatever it is, still a good gesture, takes a bit of pressure off.

5.) 07 Apr 2020 11:52:49
Looks like the manager and players are DEFERING HALF their wages for three months.

A good gesture that could help but why do they not just Cut their wages for the thee months and not ask for the backpay.
They can well afford it and they would pay less tax anyway.

6.) 07 Apr 2020 12:06:49
yes deferring is not a wage cut. would have been better taking a cut and giving some of it to help folk who are struggling.
just my thoughts, but at least they have done something.

7.) 07 Apr 2020 14:55:40
That's very worrying because it implies to me that they are deferring the wage bill due now until after the season ticket money is in!

8.) 07 Apr 2020 21:30:08
Flyfifer, anything that helps our club, in the current times, is appreciated, by me, mate.

9.) 07 Apr 2020 22:55:25
If that is the reason though, it isnโ€™t helping the club because the wages still have to be paid in 3 months time.

10.) 07 Apr 2020 23:40:58
Folks, as I understand it the players are happy to defer the wages repayment until 2021, so it is a good gesture. It could be settled earlier I suppose if and when new investment comes in.

11.) 08 Apr 2020 04:41:07
It would have been a better gesture if the staff had said they would take only half the wage for the rest off the season, With no monies being paid at a later date, Only my opinion guysI ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บโšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘.

12.) 08 Apr 2020 06:53:36
They should've all forfeited their wages from the start of the year since none of them bothered to turn up.

13.) 08 Apr 2020 11:19:35
Not just your opinion Cunny, mine and a few others as well I suspect.

14.) 08 Apr 2020 12:54:40
Bluebilly I think if they did They would be better though off I ken they have a pretty short career Surely a few are millionaires already But unfortunately nowadays all they think about is money ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บโšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘.

15.) 08 Apr 2020 13:18:09
Cunny of oz, i'm sure you would only think of the money, if you earned the same money as them players, we all would,

16.) 08 Apr 2020 15:07:30
Tend to agree wi you Paul.

Everybody is basically greedy it's human nature, if we are getting say ยฃ100 we would like ยฃ200.

Mind you some are more greedy than others, take milionaires for example, they want to be billionaires . Billionaires want to be trillionaires.

M. Ashley is typical of those realy greedy types who will never ever have enough, they then die and leave it all to work shy siblings to P it up the wall.

17.) 08 Apr 2020 15:56:41
Paulellen I have never earned as much as these overpaid players. But have a great life here in Australia. Iโ€™m old school not a greedy Barsteward ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บโšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘.

18.) 08 Apr 2020 17:02:43
Good on ya Cunny,

I said everybody is basically greedy, but like you me and most others we curb the greed accept and be happy with our lifestyles.

Well done mate, only thing I miss in Scotland is the lack of sunshine (well apart from the footie just now) .

19.) 09 Apr 2020 11:42:51
Nice one Bluebilly mate ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บโšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘
I miss my local bluenose pub.

20.) 09 Apr 2020 13:52:44
Cunny of oz, I've never earned anywhere near our players, but i have a more than comfy life mate, retired voluntarily in my mid 50s, but that doesn't mean i give give give, to anybody, a fool and there money are easily parted.

21.) 10 Apr 2020 11:54:23
Paulellen hope you are enjoying your retirement. ๐Ÿด๓ ง๓ ข๓ ณ๓ ฃ๓ ด๓ ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆ๐Ÿ‡บโšฝ๏ธ๐Ÿ˜Ž๐Ÿ‘.

As i wrote before and was shot down humell/ elite wouldn't walk away from the deal today they made a statement saying 3million has been held back and will be suing rangers for breach of contract we must have the worst leagal team in Europe.

big blue bear

1.) 21 Feb 2020 20:51:52
They already owe rangers close on ยฃ3million big blue bear! I'd be gobsmacked if james bisgrove is caught out on this one mate. This guy is a very clued up commercial director and would have done his homework. Hummel/ elite owe us money mate!

2.) 21 Feb 2020 21:20:49
Big blue bear the statement ain't from hummel/ elite you're reading pal. Its made up fantasy from the obsessed lot from the eastend of glasgow. There's no statement whatsoever from hummel. See it for what it is and its total fabrication/ wishful thinking from the ANTHILL MOB! Don't be fooled big blue bear!

3.) 22 Feb 2020 07:14:15
sgl, many on here seem to believe what the poisoned media and the dark lot write about us! its their choice to believe what they want. many of our lot would have us dead and buried over the last few years but as of today we are still here still in the league still in the cup and still in europe .

4.) 22 Feb 2020 10:42:11
They knew last summer that the deal was ending this summer so can't come as a surprise to them.

02 Sep 2019 19:59:49
Jones meant to be out 4/ 6 weeks left Ibrox on crutches after his stupid rush to the head.

big blue bear

1.) 02 Sep 2019 23:26:51
Jones has acl injury, out for months.

2.) 03 Sep 2019 20:58:34
Jones was hit by bower as soon as he cane on and was left limping. I suspect thatโ€™s where his injury was from before he retaliated. He was able to walk off the park without a hobble so I suspect he was hurting and that caused him to go for that challenge.

01 Feb 2018 20:02:04
strange how we were offered over 8 million and the levy for that Chinese league is no more than 7 plus they denied any contact makes me think we tried to off load him because we need money badly it stinks.

big blue bear

1.) 01 Feb 2018 22:51:15
Or maybe you're buying into the tims propaganda and beleive the administration nonsense? Maybe we don't need to sell him presently and we have maybe kept hold of one of our prized assets to cement second and even dare I say push the Celtic mob a little harder till season end!

2.) 02 Feb 2018 07:34:14
Well according dodgy Dave, we need more 'soft loans' to see out the season. I don't see admin happening and we've had a good January but we do need money / investment

3.) 02 Feb 2018 13:10:41
A good January, only income was from Aberdeen game (have to wait for Fraserburgh money) . Our wage bill increased, so the squad improved no doubt. The overall financial picture is poorer.

4.) 02 Feb 2018 14:45:57
A good January in terms of players coming in and beating the sheep.

5.) 02 Feb 2018 14:47:48
Our wage bill has almost certainly increased but given that we knocked back multiple bids regardless of what was offered it means that there is no need to panic. Had we sold Windass and Morelos when the first bids were made there would be more reason to worry. I understand your fears given the current situation and what happened in recent years but look at what's being spent on stadium repairs and expansion at auchenhowie as evidence that the board are planning for the future. Admittedly I support the board more than most and some would say I'm displaying the blind faith that led to our past troubles. Personally despite his obvious faults I admire King for taking the lions share of the flak when others were tasked with the day to day running of the club. IMO he will step aside in due course and someone like A Johnston will take his place at the helm. All business men wriggle their way through loopholes and the men running other clubs are no different.

Keep Believing!

6.) 02 Feb 2018 20:31:33
the soft loans will be turned into shares as has been previously stated.
and didn't u see a bbc journo having to apologise for saying there was no bid made as there where at least two bids made and initial bid of around 7 and second one of around 8 mill.
no bbc journo would ever apologise unless they where caught talking baws so i'd say that's proof enough the bid was made.

but as stated by the club we won't weaken our team as we have a target of closing the points gap on celtic for the rest of this season.

and selling our top goalscorer and the top goalscorer in the league would make no sense when we don't have a ready made replacement.

for me morelos is going to form a partnership with cumdog and hopefully they will both be putting goals in

7.) 02 Feb 2018 20:34:55
if there is a loophole to be exploited that makes or saves our club money then our top guys have a responsibility to take such a loophole as long as like feared by some it will hurt us in the future.
but this hmrc crap is nonsense as there are a hoost of clubs down south that have used the same ebt system that we did and nothing so far has materialised into a court case of a repayment of money to hmrc.

as usual they try stuff in Scotland and byt the time they get to all other clubs they will have covered their arse and destroyed evidence of such transgretions.

but when it was all happening man u Liverpool chealsea and a host of other top sides down south di use ebt's

when rangers done the ebt scam and it was a scam I admit it wasn't actually illegal in those years.

does anyone else think that hmrc will be as quick to chase down these other clubs the same way the hunted us down .
something tells me that this will not be the case

The more days that go by the more we look stupid if we have this proof why didn't they show it to try and stop the vote spfl and spl will just ignore everything now as i said before it takes the full spfl members to raise such an inquiry that won't happen.

big blue bear

1.) 19 Apr 2020 19:40:12
Donโ€™t think it takes every member to raise this Iโ€™m sure I read itโ€™s 75% of membership.

2.) 19 Apr 2020 20:23:22
Big blue hear why are we looking stupid? If there is any wrong doing then I'm sure Rangers will be seeking legal advice, this may take time. Have faith, trust and patience, all this will come out in the wash.

3.) 20 Apr 2020 00:28:41
Why are so many people so eager to knock the board at any given point and seem to exaggerate to hilight the point . Yes bbb it is 75% . Thereโ€™s only two we kn for definitely that wonโ€™t go for it, Hamilton and I will leave you to guess the other.

The facts will come out when maximum impact can be applied . Letโ€™s see what happens on thurs as this might be the starting point . In my opinion blue sea and the stuck are correct.

16 Apr 2020 16:50:21
Partick Thistle have now dropped any allegations against SPFL and decided to accept what's happened looks like celtic are Champs and its gong to be a 14 team league.

big blue bear

1.) 16 Apr 2020 17:54:14
Sorry bbb, They have not dropped the allegations in fact they say they stand by them. They have taken legal advice again which confirms court action is warranted however Partick can't afford it and also don't want to damage any other clubs chances of receiving money if there was a lengthy delay. Over to you Rangers.

2.) 16 Apr 2020 23:26:46
If finishing the league before 1 July protects their new sponsorship deal, then by being awarded the title as opposed to winning it, should suit the Celtic board just fine.

3.) 16 Apr 2020 23:28:47
Tjbb, yip mate you beat me to it, though i think its out of order thistle would have had to take this to court, pity the people ruining scotish football never done common sense eh.

4.) 17 Apr 2020 09:38:56
Don't speak too soon BBB. Sometimes things don't pan out the way you want.

14 Apr 2020 15:58:56
Another problem a fear we might hit is we let 5 or 6 players go back home to be with there families if we did start up on june 10th or new season in August how are we meant to get theses players back in the country when its been said domestic flights might not begin till sept/ oct.

big blue bear

1.) 14 Apr 2020 17:43:35
Big blue bear on a plane.

2.) 14 Apr 2020 18:52:18
W. H. O have said there won't be any Commercial flights from country's until november that's why EUFA have said no Internationals to be played til next year.

3.) 14 Apr 2020 19:32:29
sorry meant domestic flights.

4.) 15 Apr 2020 02:44:54
There are still airports in the UK operating domestic and commercial flights as well as cargo flights. A quick check would tell you that.

5.) 15 Apr 2020 11:45:35
Big blue are you mull in disguise ๐Ÿค”๐Ÿ˜ท.

6.) 15 Apr 2020 13:22:49
Get the guy on who's got a contact in Menzies - they'll clear it up for BBB. ๐Ÿ˜‚
I don't want the big man cracking up in self isolation lockdown worrying about Morelos getting back from Columbia. ๐Ÿ‘.

02 Apr 2020 14:47:08
Belgium end there football season today and hand Club Brugge with a 15pt lead as champions.

big blue bear

1.) 02 Apr 2020 15:31:18
Fair enough, something needs to be done one way or another.

2.) 02 Apr 2020 17:02:26
Think they've only 1 game to play though?
Could be wrong.

3.) 02 Apr 2020 17:51:47
15 points with one game to go.

4.) 02 Apr 2020 19:30:30
11 games left! . 1 game left before they split and another 10 games afterwards Leaders points advantage is halved as well although teams only get 2pts for a win at this stage.

5.) 02 Apr 2020 19:34:34
One game to split, then play other top 5 teams home and away. so still eleven to play.

no bad first few players we are chasing 30 player until morelos is sold we won't bring any in who by the way hasn't returned yet fro been home us like celtic won't be aloud to buy ant players until the players have bee paid back what we owe them think we will have a squad of 20/ 22 players this season so not bothered about Europe as it won't generate money as fans won't be aloud in before jan.
