This is a topic that comes up often now with us bears when our players are getting continually linked with moves to other clubs.
So out of pure interest ed, could you do a poll for me here mate? My poll being which player would be the biggest miss if he was sold by rangers this close season, ie. james tavernier, scott arfield, alfredo morelos and i will throw in ryan kent, although he was only on loan to us, but possibly won't be coming back in any capacity? Cheers ed.

Rangers Players Poll

03 Jun 2019 22:36:53
i know we all have our favourites but i really think Arfield would be greatly missed most out of the players selected.

03 Jun 2019 22:54:41
Arfield for međź‘Ť.

04 Jun 2019 07:35:20
Morelos-- who else is going to score 30 goals, and that's with suspensions!

04 Jun 2019 10:15:02
Arfield for me.

04 Jun 2019 10:48:44
How many games did Morelos actually miss?

Arfield for me all day long by the way.

04 Jun 2019 10:55:10
kamara.

04 Jun 2019 15:06:57
Tav not many RBs with stats like his, can’t see us replacing those assists from any other RB.

03 Jun 2019 10:01:01
Reading posts on here we pretty much all agree, to progress, we need a Left Back, a CH ( some say 2), a goal scoring/ creating mid and a striker, all better than we have, if Morelos goes as most think we will. I'm an optimistic guy usually but if we lost Tav. and perhaps Arfield ( I think he'll stay) even for top money that's 4 or 5 new players + the core of our team so 7 or 8 players AGAIN. massive rebuild and I find it scary. Just hoping Morelos goes for decent money and we can add strength instead of another rebuild.

03 Jun 2019 10:34:01
Really think after a sucessful stint in Norway should take a chance on Ravel Morrison.

03 Jun 2019 11:18:13
In sweden that should say. Sorry.

03 Jun 2019 13:39:35
Paul I wouldn't call 6 league appearances and zero goals a successful spell.
Even if he has played well it's the same situation as every other club he's been at. He starts well and looks to have put his problems behind him and then goes back to his old ways.

We should stay well away.

03 Jun 2019 13:49:58
Well by all accounts he's had a couple injuries his talent is un questioned. They are all desperate for him to stay. The games he played he was brilliant. (My mate works and lives there) i would certainly take him.

03 Jun 2019 13:59:20
Paul86,ravel morrison is a very skillful footballer mate, its only the temperament side of him that needs handling. He no doubt is a superb footballer.

03 Jun 2019 15:10:15
SGL Don’t we have a guy already with a Bad temperament,

03 Jun 2019 15:10:16
Ravel is a cracking player, needs to sort his attitudeđź‘Ť.

03 Jun 2019 15:16:54
Cooper, a superb footballer? Cut me a bit of slack here. Are you and 86 suddenly experts on a player few of us have seen play? If so justify it.

03 Jun 2019 15:19:10
I get that he is a huge gamble but so was Stevie Gerrard. Sometimes you need to take risks. I would be delighted to sign Morrison because if he is at it, he is magical with a football!

03 Jun 2019 16:02:23
Now to add c of ibrox to the mix, who would you drop for this highly rated talent of yours? Cooper, I've often enjoyed your posts with your exclamation marks or commas but haven given you the slip from warburton15 to supercooper I hope you're going to stick to steven gerrard loyal for a year or two.

03 Jun 2019 16:36:17
Kfraser, when u have sir Alex Fergus on saying he's the best young talent he's ever saw don't think it needs much morea explaining đź‘Ťhorrible attitude tho.

03 Jun 2019 16:50:17
Kfraser, I can mind watching him breaking through at Manchester United and he was unbelievable. You clearly haven't saw him play football. He is an exceptional talent. If he were to get his head straight he would be the most gifted player to play in Scotland in a generation. Alex Ferguson said he was the most talented youngster he has ever seen. Think of the players that man has watched. Including Ronaldo and the like. What does he know eh?

03 Jun 2019 17:01:59
c of ibrox, so he plays for some obscure team in Sweden none of us have ever heard of. Seems Ferguson was wrong but I go back to my earlier question and who would you drop him for?

03 Jun 2019 17:41:27
Aw these people saying about ravels temperament that’s not the problem it’s his whole attitude it stinks ( thinks he’s better than what he is ) lazy in training that’s why he’s never at a club very long.

03 Jun 2019 17:42:16
I saw ravel morrison breaking through at man utd. He's unbelievably talented although i do admit he went off the rails with his attitude. Saw him a couple of occasions when he left man utd.

03 Jun 2019 17:50:36
I know this might be a little out there but what about whoever is not playing well?

03 Jun 2019 18:30:23
Kfraser hahaha are you only 12 and just started watching football. I think most folk have seen and heard how good ravel morrison is. Haha. He is girfted thatbis undoubted. Its getting the most of that out of him is the problem.

03 Jun 2019 18:30:48
Also everybody constantly banging on about how we need a number 10.

03 Jun 2019 20:50:13
coop, you saw Ravel Morrison breaking through at Man Utd? He played 3 times for the first team (all from the subs bench) he might well have been a talented youngster but he's 26 now! and he's played 54 games in 5 seasons! Ferguson did say he was the most talented lad at 17! sam allardice said in 2017, he considered Morrison 'the biggest waste of talent' he'd worked with! If Steven Gerrard, our manager! wants to sign him, fair enough! But I think we'll be looking elsewhere.

04 Jun 2019 00:19:35
It's simple, really, Morrison is a waster, a lazy, stupid, big headed, disruptive no-mark who was once a talented teenager. And yes, I've actually seen him play for West Ham about five or six years ago and he basically swanned around like the prima donna he is. The fans hated him. So I wouldn't let him within a hundred miles of Ibrox.

04 Jun 2019 04:57:53
Remember blueberrys, Steven gerrard did have talks with ravel morrison and his agent in january mate. Not saying now, that he'll try and sign morrison but you can never rule anything out in football.

04 Jun 2019 10:37:22
Paul86, people are BANGING ON about a number 10 BECAUSE WE NEED ONE BADLY. Every successful team needs a good no10 to link midfield and strikers, and score their quota of goals. We are sadly lacking in that department at the moment. ONWARDS AND UPWARDS THE FAMOUS.

04 Jun 2019 14:30:22
A fit Jamie Murphy could maybe play the 10 role.

03 Jun 2019 08:06:14
heard a whisper RFC now signed a deal to bank with Barclays.

03 Jun 2019 10:56:08
or is it the other way round.

Barclays will bank money in rangers. For reasonable interest.

03 Jun 2019 07:36:31
Rangers should slap on a 15M price tag for James Tavernier cause EPL teams are rich it's quite simple if they want him they will pay he's probably our best player along side Morelos and Arfeild calibare.

03 Jun 2019 11:16:55
No matter what price tag we slap on him, if the EPL teams don't think he's worth it, they won't come calling.

03 Jun 2019 17:32:54
What is the constant obsession on here with selling our best players? Don't you want a successful Rangers? Are most of you so cowed now that you'd settle for mediocrity? Let's sell Tavernier and Morelos and bring in Shankland and make Flanagan a regular? Crazy, just crazy.

03 Jun 2019 17:37:58
@styab that’s a good reason to put that price tag on him so they don’t come.
