deecee, I posted a comment on here yesterday asking for comments on this Man City situation. Any large investment coming into our Club, should in part, my opinion only, be partly used to reduce our debt, I don't like this situation year on year, as UEFA's financial fair play rule could, not saying it will as I don't know enough about it, come back and bite us.
Posters have said they wouldn't mind us being out of Europe to give more leeway to winning the league. We have already made circa £15 Million so far this season, how much does winning this league earn you, about 20% of that figure if you're lucky. Any comments guys on this, don't be too harsh, just want to know what you all think.

money and pride are 2 totally different things IVGER---maybe to the board its all about the money but to the common fan its all about stopping 9 in a row never mind 10----If and its a big IF our boss jumps ship without stopping this potential catastrophe to follow his dream like his buddy frank Lampard he will be a failure imo-----hopefully it doesn't come to that and a miracle happens----and at this time, it is a miracle . bit "never say die" I guess---.

mrgrumpy, what I was referring to was our continual loss making situation over the past 3 years. We should be trying to bring our income and expenditure on to a more level footing, and in order to do that we need European Football, as I said just an opinion I hold, others may be happy to continually be in a loss making position, but I'm not as I fear UEFA may look at us, or not as the case may be, I don't know enough about this Financial Fair Play ruling.

Deecee, gerrard was meaning if man city are stripped of the 2014 title it could go to liverpool, and as he was there captain at the time, he would be due a winners medal, instead of the runners up one he got, that's all he was meaning.

Deecee, you must hate steven gerrard eh, how could you not work out what he was refering to in regards man city, being stripped of titles, i would be making more noise about man city lending celtic fc players, players that city couldn't afford, for god sake get sff the guys back.
