Hi,
I always thought that Rangers would continue to struggle with the players we have, no matter what manager we have in charge!
We need at least one or two windows to improve the team, until that happens, we will see similar performances/results!
We need to get more players in and even more players out, can't remember a worst Rangers or Celtic team ever!
I love my team, but we are a hard watch at this time, roll on the next window and beyond.

I agree mate. Its painful watching us and its all down to not having the proper people in place to conduct our business, from the manager and coaches to the dof and the board. Had we had proper people we would not be lumbered with the duds we have now. It has been going on for years. Fortunately the Yanks seemed to have woken up and Rohl seems to have a bit about him also. Its going to take a few windows to sort this mess out. Who's going to take these duds off our hands is a major concern. We will never recoup half the money we spent on Chermiti.
Thankfully the majority of our defence are loans or out of contract shortly. I just wish we would do our homework properly on players before signing them, like go and watch them over a period of time would be a good start. That way we will know a lot about their character. Having staff who identify players that have a sound knowledge of our league and the required attributes would also be helpful. That way we can weed out those who don't like our weather or are not suited to our game. Its basic stuff really.
