If I was Rohl, I'd go 352 at the tonight and make the focus for the next few weeks about being very heard to beat and solid at the back.

That's not an easy run of games for a new manager in the door with a squad void of confidence.
Do what martin couldn't do and put any idea about how you want to play aside for now and play how you need to in order to get the most from those games.

I wouldn't have Tav in a back 3.
Defending is the weakest part of his game.

He defends better in a back 3 at CB than RB when he's just strolling around in the opposition half.

We are already hard to beat we've only lost 1 SPL game. We need to win games and score more goals at the same time being more strucured at the back. We need more running, more aggression more disipline and faster transitions. We have low injury rate atm, is that a reflection of our lack of aggresion and intensity?

keep it simple.
get the ball to the by line and have loads of crosses to the big centre forward, with likes of Raskin and Rothwell arriving late into the box.

No Cornelius in tonight's team, always thought he was our best defender of a bad bunch. Even liked him at left back offers more than Meghoma.
