Who really cares. muscat isn't here, if he wanted full control then he wasn't going to get it end of. this is the way most modern clubs work, it should and will work for Rangers. if its true that the manager has the last say then what's wrong with that. if that's not true and doesn't happen i think Rohl is the type of person that would walk away from us.
If you choose not to believe our owners then that's up to you. if you are happy to jump on anything that's different from what Rangers tell you then why bother supporting, you have obviously no faith so go find a club you do have faith in.

We know from the start the manager wouldn't have complete control loom at some of the duds stevie g and beale brought in on absolutely mental wages we forget a lot of that stuff to fast.

For me, Thelwell and Stewart are big reasons why Gerrard and Muscat turned the job down.

Not sure the point in posting that really?. That was originally posted by Heart and Hand 3 days ago. We've had Rohl in place for 2 days now and the general feeling towards him is positive. I for one am glad we have him instead of Muscat. Not that I think Muscat is a bad manager but I said when it was suggested that Rohl had previously withdrawn that I thought at this point in time he was the better option. Could you imagine if we'd gone for Muscat, had to wait until almost December for him to get here, in the meantime possibly lose any chance of getting through in Europe, get knocked out the cup and drop more points in the league? The fan base would have been tearing the place apart before Muscat would have even got here.
And with the style he'd want to play it would likely then take weeks if not months to get the players up to speed with it. To me he would only of worked in he had a full reason with the chance to bring in players who can play his way. Rohl a much better option to work with and hopefully improve the players we currently have.

Thelwell working 25/ 8 ? he's that desperate to get the fans onside because of how much an arse he's made of it, he's added an extra day on to the week and an extra hour on to the day to try and convince us that's how hard he's working.
