Looking at social media I honestly don't believe Danny Rohl will get a chance to get it right. The amount of self entitled fans on X is atrocious. They have all went in a cream puff because they never got the manager they wanted ? it's a cease Pitt that place.
I will be 100% behind Danny Rohl. With some fans we will never be successful again as fans want instant success which doesn't always happen not in football.
I still believe Stewart and thelwell have to go also.
I hope Rohl gets off to a great start and we thump Brann on Thursday night (sorry Asa ?)

Unfortunately we just couldn't tempt or pay clauses for Hansi Flick, Pep, Carlo Ancelotti, Jurgen Klopp etc.
Some corners of the support are proving to be a complete embarrassment to the name of Rangers.
Support the club and " follow follow".
Strøm i expect nothing less than that from you my friend as i am sure you expect nothing less than me wanting a positive result for Brann on Thursday.
I said yesterday that i am a lot less confident of a result now taking into consideration Rangers now having a fantastic coach and 2 of my best players being as good s ruled out through injury.
I don't imagine we will see too much different after 2 training sessions but in the long run I feel we will become successful under Danny.

I wasn't keen on return of SG etc but without hesitation he'd have got my backing.

Probably because there is evidence to suggest thelwell hasn't done a great job, people aren't happy with his signings and the russel martin appointment. I didn't see people calling for thelwell and stewart's heads once they were appointed.
Danny Rohl is just in the door and he's saying to give him a chance instead of writing him off straight away which does make a lot of sense so it does.

Agree with all of that Storm. I wasn't excited about any of the names being mentioned but don't have any better options ( would have liked Knutsen but that was never happening). Rohl is here now and will get my 100% support and hope he gets off to a good start and can build momentum over the next couple of months. Let's hope he can shut up the doubters and everyone gets behind him.
As for Thelwell and Stewart, I expect they'll be pulling out all the stops to make Rohl a success because if he isn't then they have nowhere else to go, they are on thin ice already and should be gone, if this fails then surely they have to be sacked immediately.
Let's hope that better times are upon us, finally!

No he isn't as Thelwell in particular has proved by some ludicrous decisions he isn't up to the job, RM best coach he's ever worked with, says it all really, I want him gone aswell, oh and I will support Rohl 100%. The guy deserves a chance n not to be pilloried before he's coached a game, Thelwell has not been and never will be good enough for Rangers as his decisions have shown.
The poll on Thelwell and Stewart adequately demonstrates that the majority on here don't want them, so go ahead and call everyone else out also.

Eddie, That is not just some individuals wanting Thelwell out it's a massive percentage, these fans that don't won't Rohl will know nothing about him, keeping a team up when looking impossible and finishing 12th the next season with a fraction of a budget from the majority of teams in the championship, is rather impressive, assistant for RBL, Bayern, Germany and Southampton (heard running that team) is a great achievement for a 36 year old, back him and see where he takes us.

If Rohl turns it around then wouldn't that mean that Thelwell has recruited well and all we needed was the correct coach and tactics. Would it not then be silly to get rid of Thelwell?
I'm 100% behind Rohl. But its contradictory to call fans entitled who don't want Rohl and expect instant success but then on the other hand want rid of Thelwell when he has only been here for what 4 or 5 months.

Rohl wasn't my choice but the lads here and it's up to him to prove the doubters wrong.
The main thing for me is martins away and hopefully the new manager plays the players to their strengths and start climbing up that table.

I don't want rid of them because I want instant success, I want rid of them because they are inept. They have both signed off on chermitti and Fernandez and for me that is gross misconduct especially at the fees we have paid.

Out of the three I am more than happy that Rohl is in place, it was the fact that he had been with Bayern and Germany that excited me. So now that he is in how am I feeling, not downbeat like some seem to be, not overconfident, Intrigued seems best way to describe it and very very hopeful for the future. Maybe he can find a young Gert Muller (yes, I, m old).
However his reign begins, fill the stadium guys, give him and the team your full support, start to finish, amazing what a bit of togetherness might bring.
The same goes for young Chermiti, not his fault we paid a lot for him, hopefully the boos tank was emptied on Martin,

People are entitled to their opinion on who the manager is, I'll be honest I'm not excited about DR at all. My opinion is SG and KM walked away because of recruitment which KT was not willing to allow them to have any control over. Even DR walked away and then came back according to reports.
People are using terms like yes man as it appears he is willing to take a job where he has no say in recruitment. If you go for a job and the owner tells you the tools we have aren't very good but we except high quality and you accept it and then can't deliver the goods that's on you, no excuses.

I'm just pointing out that you have had a go at some fans for not wanting Rohl and accusing them of wanting instant success whilst you don't want Thelwell because we haven't had instant success or inept as you call it. Its the same thing because If we were winning you wouldn't want rid of him or Martin. So it is instant success that you want also.
By the way if it was up to me I would get shot of Thelwell and Stewart because they are just as culpable.
