Really disappointed that we did not have the opportunity to go back to the top today. After seeing that pitch and knowing how many games at Dens have been postponed this year, l honestly believe we would have suffered more injuries or niggles if it had been delayed as some have indicated. It is as PC said, a poor advert for Scottish football having a pitch in our elite league having so many call offs this season.

I heard it is at least 4 times now that is around 25% of there home games getting delayed because of there playing surface if it happens again next year they should boot them out the league.

If not the points we should be asking for them to cover the expenses of the team staying in St Andrews overnight and fans who had travelled to the game. Some protection on the park overnight would have prevented all this. Amatures.

Its an absolute joke that we have pitches in our top league that are fake or unplayable in March, it only adds to fixture conjestion which can have a negative impact on performances, results and can lead to injuries. let's not forget the impact on fans. The postponement was purely down to poor maintenance as it was the only game called off. Makes a mockery of our game. The SPL standards with stadia are strict, perhaps a strict approach towards pitch standards may be a step in the right direction towards improving our game. I'm all for fines and a forfeit of points if poor maintenance management is the cause.
