We should be looking at some players down here in Australia. They are fit, run through brick walls for their team, and they are cheap. There are some hidden gems down here, just looking for an opportunity. The are setting up something in Melbourne to try and find the next Tom Rogic, we should set up in Sydney, and find our own gems. I live in Western Sydney, and the talent and potential amongst the kids is phenomenal. The game is getting massive over here. Small outlay for huge rewards

Totally agree with that. I watch a lot of the A league and the football played is unbelievable at times fast on the floor attacking football. Potential for players plying there trade there to come over here and get a chance to play in the champions league or europa league. Also they would come with huge sell on potential if we could get some of them on the cheap

Yes they are fit. Tom Rogic doesn't play down here, so it wasn't about him (mind you he is better than our most of our team) . There are heaps of good players on small money looking for a chance. Remember Aaron Mooy! He was available for peanuts. Jamie McLaren scored about 23 in 27 last year, is a full international, although he does favour our rivals. There is also James Troisi, Marco Rojas, Bruno Fornaroli, etc etc. Better than the rubbish from Englands lower leagues that we always look to. The elite youth here now have awesome ability, and are being snapped up by many of the current heayweights of club football. Australians are known for their fitness, heart, and win at all costs attitude. Add in fantastic technical ability, low cost, and looking for an opportunity, and you have the potential to unearth some treasures. Nothing to lose, all to gain.

There isn't a chance Hull would pay £3.5m for Windass. He hasn't done anything to justify a £1m price tag let alone £3.5m

beginning to think the deal to bring reece oxford to ibrox is a red herring. unless we offload a center back or 2 as i don't think he will play midfield. would like a defensive midfielder in his mid 20s someone who has good energy and a bit of dig about them.

We should never have signed Senderos in the first place and selling either Kiernan or Wilson would be a good move since this young lad is better than both of them and getting him for 18 months would be a significant bonus for us!

Strengthens our relationships with Premier League teams. Show our youngsters the quality they need to be at to get a start. Low Cost for a player that will improve us. Don't see how you can complain about a Loan.

If he comes and plays well we may be able to get him for another year. Could be worse we could be starting Senderos

Oxford will never play CB if he signs. He can play there as a second position but his best position is DM.

the move for oxford confuses me he has not played much football (first team) and really cannot be up to pace he is a defender we send crooks out on loan (a defender)because he is not fit surely if crooks is any good we should have got him fit or is he another duff signing

Crooks isn't a defender, he is a midfielder, he has said so himself, wish people would get that into their heads!

Crooks is a central midfielder. People have said he is a centre back and a defensive mid, he really isn't. His best performances for Accrington came as an attacking player.

We are going for oxford and your hyndmans to build a relationship with english clubs not a bad idea ok its only loans but could lead to other loans and permanent signings from these clubs plus managers move on to better clubs and if he likes what warburton does up here we could get better players comming up and a lot of these guys fall in love with our club u never know what could happen from there

We're moving for Oxford because he will improve our chances of securing 2nd and European competition at very little cost. Why anyone would be against us bringing in a well reputed CB from an EPL team when we have very little talent in that area of the team is beyond me.

I don't think Reece Oxford will be a regular starter. Think opportunities will be there for him but not as a 1st choice CB or a DM. He will be utilised in a similar role as Dom Ball played last season. As for David Bates, he signed a developmental contract. His main objectives will be to train with the first team and gain experience. Wouldn't be surprised if he was loaned at some point next season.

Seen as our defence is needing some strengthening, I reckon we should look at Christophe Berra of Ipswich. His contract is up in the Summer. I think he would be a very good signing and wouldn't cost any fee, only wages. Anyone else agree?

Spot on Bigblueayr. Wilson has shown in the past that he's got the talent. Just needs someone like a bougherra or boumsong alongside him. Keirnan is rank rotten and I'll never understand how some people will think he's decent.

Kiernan is rank rotten and costs so many goals. To try and blame the full backs for his poor performances are laughable. He constantly gives the ball away, loses his marker and has no presence in the opposing box. Truly woeful player

I hate slagging off any gers player but I can't trust big keirnan. I thought he was having a good game last sat but then he lost moult at goal. i'm always waiting on mistake I know he's not the only one that slips up but he does it every game nearly.

If young boys don't get a chance how do we know there not good enough. charlie adam prime example. i would much rather play them than get young 18 year old from west ham. we need cash so let's play them they do well maybe a team cone in and buy them a year down the line. murray park has failed us. i know we had adam burke mcormack hutton etc from there but that said there should be at least 1 player a year coming out there. our phillosophy is all wrong i'm afraid. let's keep getting young englishboys on loan from an english manager. we fo have young boys to play but manager to scared to play them

Well guys if its not hardie its another young striker from our youth then. if were not gona play youth or sell them on as we've done we havd just cancelled there contracts to let them move on then let's rip up the youth completly. i want a manager that's not scared to throw in a few youth players. remember fergie at man u. team of youth won pl and turned out to be some best players in the world
