Well John227,you will be delighted after that epic 4-3 win for man utd against liverpool in that pulsating fa cup quarter final mate ?I know rules are rules but that winning goal scored by our former loanee amad diallo and then the young man getting sent off for taking his shirt off and going over to his own supporters is so very harsh and shocking and that rule stinks, for god sake these rule makers should have common sense and scrap that stupid rule as football is and can be so emotional in times like ie. scoring a winning goal at the very end of extra time and players enjoy and get caught up in the emotional of it all ?Man utd deserved it in the end and i congratulate young diallo on his winning goal ??.

Common john football is an emotional sport and young diallo had just scored at the death to put his club through ? It's a stupid rule and he goes to his own supporters while taking his shirt off which imo shouldn't warrant a red card by getting a second yellow ?Players get caught up in emotion and ain't robots and refs should take the common sense approach but of course they're instructed to carry out these stupid rules ?If diallo had went over to the liverpool supporters and took his top off then i could understand a second yellow.

I had to laugh at how stupid the commentator was saying he won't care that he's been sent off. He is now banned from the semi final squad. His manager will make him care.
I've said it before we got him on loan a year too early. Seen him a couple of times last season when he was on loan and he looked decent.
Played well when he came on.

I tend to agree with you Jfm63 ?We probably did get diallo on loan a year too early because he was good at sunderland on loan, following his loan stint with us ?John227 you betting the cup double ie. Rangers to win the scottish cup and Manchester Utd to win the english fa cup ? Will probably bet that double myself mate ?.

I have to agree that the rule is bonkers, but while it is a rule it takes a completely moronic type of player to whip his shirt off after scoring a goal. It never happened years ago and is a decision made by a player showing disrespect to the shirt and making all about himself.
