think some fans need cut morelos sum slack he is only 21 year old so has a lot to learn is only going get better he is still scoring us goals yeh he missies chances but would be more worried if he wasnt in these postions i thought his hold up play tonight was excellent
we can not expect him to score every chance he is young and learning will only get better

He did well tonite and gets into some great scoring positions but is it just me or does he look slower over 5yds and tire very quickly around 60mins? That wee 5yd burst is vital for his style of play but it’s gone.

Your right mate but there's one thing that he lacks to make it as a top striker and that's accelaration/ pace he has everything else from positioning to aggression to finishing.

See this is the problem we’ve not had all season, as in a good problem. Strength in depth, different players for different teams.

The starting 11 was picking itself from the available fir players. Looking forward to the second half of the season 👌🏼

Ps. To answer your question I’d put Docherty in for Goss maybe? Just purely because Goss is not our player and his manager has told us he’s not for sale after his loan.

Good question. The obvious one would be the sponsors motm and captain for the day wee Holty who was brilliant so it seems a bit harsh. Ultimately we've got really good competition in most areas of the park. Going to be even tougher to pick the midfield when Dorrans finally returns. Not sure if Jack is definitely ruled out for the season, if so it puts the Goss loan in more perspective.

He's still young so probably be eased in as a sub to help him settle in. Which is at least an option we now have with more fit competitive players rather than having to throw him in at the deep end.

Btw Windass was unplayable last night, what a game! If he plays like that consistently he will be one of (if not our) best player/ s.

Very good all round team performance tonight. Looked like every player new their job and how to play out from the back. I feel for Murty if it wasn't for that little blip after a few games in charge we would be on a very good run. I can see things getting better and with confidence rising. who knows!

Dodged a bullet big time. I was delighted he decided not to move. He's just had his nuts put in a sling for the third time by GM.
As for the game itself I thought we were brilliant till the second goal went in. A few heart stopping moments at the end but some great stops by Fod and some unbelievable last ditch tackles by the guys at the back. Every player worked his socks off - fantastic all over the pitch but I'd like to single out wee Holt. I thought the wee guy was immense. He has had his critics, even now, but the energy, passion and no little skill he brings to the team is remarkable. He must have covered every blade of grass tonight. One gripe I have is that we are not clinical enough in front of goal. Really we should have been 5 or 6 up by the time we scored the penalty. Hopefully Cummings will help by sticking them away and lightening the load on Morelos shoulder. Finally I must congratulate GM. What a difference he has made since the disaster that was Pedro. If we can dig in and churn out results like Rangers teams of old you just might see some wobbles out breezeblock towers way. Well done guys, you've brightened up an old man's day!

So, I have it 'on good authority' that 'transfer target' Lionel Messi has 'agreed' to join Rangers after 'lengthy talks' had taken place this afternoon. He will 'join' on a seven year deal worth approximately 500,000 a week. Brendan Rodgers has 'agreed' to pay half his wages and the rest coming from Ashley.

I use a private VPN when I can't get to a game and pay through Rangers TV, that way at least the club gets a few quid.

There are key players brought to the club and they are just that. Murphy and Cummings must start tonight. Miller's best for the rest of his career at Rangers is the bench. 38 at past it. Cummings is the answer to our problem.

Or will he play goss and holt as holding midfield players and start with morales up top supported by windass candeas and murphy. Interested to see murtys approach since he got it tacticaly spot on the last two games against them and the team looked fired up.

Thats what I like about murty, his tactical know how. He is signing players that allow him to play different formations/ tactics. I would love to see cummings and morelos start as a two tonight but I think we will start with murphy and candies wide with windass behind morelos, holt and goss central and a back four of tav wilson martin john. Someone posted that wilson is dropped so will have to wait and see. I can't wait to get to ibrox tonight. C'mon the gers.

Our best players this season james tavenier and alfredo morales both linked incorrectly with moves away in January. Now Danny Wilson who in recent games has looked the part. What are they afraid of. Way have we not go any1 on a pre contract. You can see on SSN most of English clubs from l2 to prem bringing in players. All we seem to be doing is getting loan deals. If all loanees impress how much will they cost?

In my opinion we can't play murphy cummings morelos and candieas in the same starting 11 as I feel this will weaken our midfield- preferably i'd drop candieas and add a midfielder -
