Some of you lot on here are utterly mental and need you heads examined! The ones calling for Pedro's head are the same ones who were calling for him to empty out all Warburtons dross, and are now the same ones greetin because that dross is scoring goals for their new clubs! You were also the ones shouting for Warburton and Weir to be given the job in the first place.

Have you leaned nothing from last 4 years? How many times do we have to go through this cycle before you people understand you can't just buy a new team over the summer and expect it to work within a couple of weeks? So we sack Pedro, bring in The next manager who plays a different style of football and doesn't like the players Pedro bought. He then spends 4 months trying to fit square pegs in round holes, then in January he empties 7 of Pedro's players out and brings in another new team, who YOU expect to hit the ground running!
Do you see the pattern here guys?

I've said it before and I'll say it again, if we get within 10-15 points of Celtic this season and maybe win a cup, that will be huge progress! We can then add 2 or 3 quality players to this team, instead of trying to build another new one!

Wind your necks in and get on with it!
Pedro is here for the foreseeable future so you might as well try and help him and our club and get behind him!

We're already 5 Point's behind it'll soon be more you are kidding yourself if you think Pedro has what it takes.

20 Aug 2017 16:28:10
So what's the alternative? Do we just keep hiring and firing managers and building a new team every season until somebody gets it right and wins their first 3 games?
I'm not the one that's kidding myself! A large proportion of our support needs a serious reality check!

Big-J70

you are spot on! there is no quick fix 1 step at a time!

20 Aug 2017 17:11:20
if we get within 10-15pts if celtic and win a cup.

with the greatest of respect i think you are either at the wind up or missed your medication today

we are a country mile away from either of those

i'm not sure if you actually watch rangers or not but that's one of the worst hearts team i've seen at ibrox in 30yrs yet we still struggled to make any decent chances against them. we looked flat, one paced and ran out of ideas in the first half

Hibs who just got promoted tore us apart at home and btw they were well on top before jack got sent off. there's a reality check

aberdeen and our smelly neighbours have both strengthened and have 9pts out of 9 along with st johnstone none of whom we have even played yet

2 of pedro's marquee signings who cost serious money can't even get on the pitch - that worries me. the first defeat at home to aberdeen in 27yrs, the record hammering at home in the OF game and the utter humiliation of our worst ever European result yet fans who highlight all of these as genuine concerns need a reality check.

i beg to differ

A voice of reason big j. It'll never catch on you know but I'm with you on this one. Yes I could be happier with some of the decisions Pedro has made but we must give him time for his team to gel properly. Constant change isn't good for anyone concerned.
Disappointed about yesterday's result if I'm honest and do think we need a bit more up front.

20 Aug 2017 17:19:37
Everyone needs to calm down. This team are still gelling together. Last years team was a shambles, we had no idea what was going on. Every player was playing their own game running around like headless chickens and we were getting dominated and torn apart often.

This team are def more organised and will get better.

I' will agree that we have let too many attackers go and would have kept garner and waghorn unless w replace the was brought in.

We should have replaced McKay with walker straight away aswell.

I think we are def a few attaching players short going into the season. I'd Like us to try and get hyndman back and sign walker and a couple of others.

We need to give Pedro a couple of seasons not a couple of weeks. Big-j70 and Bigandy are bang on. We need to build the team and it takes time. But I tell you what, it will be quicker if we get behind them and support them, take the pressure of them and let them play. DUnbarBlue

Yes take one step at a time but it has to be a forward step, we are going backwards, this time last season after 3 games we had 7 points. Are you talking about giving him 2 seasons irrespective of results? If you are I say its you that are mental and need to get a grip.

20 Aug 2017 19:49:33
Didn't read the whole of the OP's post after calling PC's critics 'utterly mental' and inaccurtely claiming we were all calling for him to 'empty out all Warburtons dross'.

Speaking for myself I never once called for an emptying out of Warburton's signings.

As for the season so far: the worst ever result for a British club in Europe - and I'm including NI and Welsh teams - and already 5 points behind Celtic with not a single Bear thinking we'll win the league. We have actually went backwards since the departure of Warbs, who incidentally seems to be doing rather well at Forest.

I'm no mental 👹😀

Wasn't long before someone said let the team gel. The same nonsense that was said about Warburtons team this time last year and after a better start than this season. People need to realize that the manager is clueless and some of the players brought in are worse than the ones who have left.

Pedro has had an appalling record so far with a Spanking at home to Celtic, a complete lie down to them in a semi final, the most embarrassing result in European history and a poor record at home against the better teams. It's only going to go one way and it isn't closer to them.

It is painfully obvious we needed more of a goal threat well obvious to everyone but the manager. Only 2 shots on target yesterday against one of the poorest Hearts sides ever to visit Ibrox in years.

I'm disappointed with lack of patience with our support. i'm not happy with 1 point from 2 home games but we can't keep firing managers after a few games. Every team that has went down that road goes backwards. let's give Pedro a chance and if no progress is being made by turn of year then board can have a look at things after all if we don't get behind team then what chance have we got of progressing.

Have a look at Alex Fergusons record at Man Utd initially. Shockingly poor but he got time. Time equalled success. Rangers historically have managers for a long time. which gave success. i'm not saying that PC is the answer but this Donald Trump hire and fire scenario is flawed at best. He is under huge pressure and yet has the balls to give Hardie a go. Lots of you have said on here to give Hardie a go! My point of view is Miller onto bench and Morelos and Herrera up front. 4-4-2 is how it needs to be for now. If teams play one up front against us go 2-5-3.before u all kick off its a defensive 4-5-1 :)

To all you gellers. Wait till the team gels was the mantra for the first half of last season until we realised that Warburton wasn't up to the job. I just don't see Pedro being up to it either. He looks like a lost soul, in fact I call him Perdu. I agree that we can't keep changing managers, so I can see a long slog until his contract runs out or he falls on his sword. But please will you all stop telling us to wait till the team to gels. It ain't going to happen and the manager canny manage.

21 Aug 2017 04:53:45
I can't believe all the people on here wanting rid of PC. If you keep getting rid of managers after a few bad results, guess what guys, it'll be the same with every new manager and the players he wants to bring to the club. As a club we'll never get anywhere, please give the guy time.

21 Aug 2017 10:10:40
aye we were waiting for the team to gel last year and it didn't happen. that's because the midfiled warburton brought in 2 of them got injured and the scouse idiot got sacked. we were then left with holt and halliday until January where we got another midfield in Hyndman and toral.
