I think you will both find the correct answer is the SFA will do whatever they want and make it up as they go. Then still manage to make a right Noel Hunt of it.

Only reason I was allowed to be upgraded is because the ref said he didn’t see the full incident and for me then why did the ref book him at all?

It simply means that a player can strike, kick, punch, elbow another player and nothing will happen to that player. It's a shambles, needs to be looked at by a truly independent body. Not SFA who are just wandering into one mess after another. They are not fit for purpose. They should all resign NOW.
