Plenty will blame the referee for today's result - that's their prerogative.
But here's my take.
1/ Wasn't 100% convinced about the starting line up or how we approached the start of the game.
2/ Our strikers or lack of quality from our frontline throughout the game was disappointing.
3/ The lack of recognised centre midfielder on the park when Celtic scored their 2nd. No one was near McGregor to close him down.
4/ Fine margins. Their young striker scored - ours missed a couple of guilt edged chances.

5/ Our 19 year old from the EPL done plenty of running about without really impacting the game. Their 19 year old from the EPL was a handful and also scored.
6/ Our midfield talisman missed a great chance.
What I will say though is that Rohl proved his worth as a coach. Keeping us in the game with tactical changes.
And even better was his after game interview with a subtle dig about everything that has gone before ( Martin ) and said "I hope this puts to bed the mentality query".
Onwards and upwards. ?⚪️?.

Believe we signed 13 players at the start of the season, not one player has improved the squad from last season, still think our team is worse and the football is woeful to watch.

Good luck to Danny Rohl and his coaching staff, but the club need to look hard at Thelwell and his team for such poor recruitment.

Accidentally kick someone in the thigh? Straight red

Deliberately flick your boot at someone's face/head? Just a yellow, even with a VAR review

Reffed to different standards.

If Celtic had won 5 nil I don't think anyone would have thought anything of it but everyone is frustrated because they aren't that good team. M o Neil was brought into win this one game and it has worked out for them.
I think the manager has to get some credit for today, kept the team fighting. Unfortunately the referee does have a say on what happens and it is a sending of for Aasgaard but how come a players who shows no malice is deemed dangerous play on the thigh but a players catches the other on the head when he doesn't just have time to pull out but actually lifts his foot isn't deemed more dangerous.

Thoughts on the penalty, we could argue all day. If it's for your team you are looking for it against you are going to argue against it. But it was deemed a penalty so why wasn't he sent off. It isn't a goal scoring opportunity, it was heading for a goal as the keeper wasn't getting to it so he prevented a certain goal so should have been off the pitch as everyone deemed it a penalty.
We need to improve big time and getting rid of Thethwell would be a start. Our 8 million pound guy had no impact only chances he wasn't good enough to take were as their £100000 guy made an impact.

Agree with most mph but a did think. moor made a big impact and some really clever forward passes might might have came of with better forwards on the park.
