What sort or business do you think the Club will do in the transfer window? Sounds like Cavenagh knows the squad's not close to being done.

Cavangha stated funds will be available. Agree with asking but can't see him leaving in January as may put his international place at risk. Main thing is defence I think and a proper playmaker. give Raskin a good deal, jump in wages, make him the captain with understanding being we won't stand in his way if a big deal comes in for him.
Think Raskin price will go through the roof after world cup or euros whatever it is. Need an extension now before he leaves for free.

Max lowe is out of contact at Sheffield Wednesday, good lb Ak7, very good experience and should be hitting his prime, always liked him, wouldn't be concerned with a left footed winger, lb cb for me.

Was reading a post on another site and a Sheffield Wed fan was saying if Rohl has a say in recruitment he will look at players who are able to press with intensity over someone with technical ability. I wouldn't be against that.
I feel we need a solid CB, an experienced LB, a commander in Midfield. Possibly another striker

John don't think that will be an issue this year. We will be out of Europe be end of jan window i yhink. 2 big a hill to climb now. Raskin new deal or sold. Another LB. And think we must sign a proper goal scorer.

We've taken no points from the three easiest games that we had in Europe, I don't think we need to worry about changes to the squad after the January window.
We need an experienced centre back and left back both of whom need to be able to defend and I suspect that we will need a striker as I don't see any of the current three scoring goals consistently.

We will be out of Europe by the next transfer window so i don't see that a problem, we just need to concentrate on the domestic front and prepare for next season. Rusty martin hasdug a hole so deep that we will need to climb everest just to get our heads above the ground.

Raskin needs to sign a new contract otherwise we must sell in January before his value plummets due to his contract running down not to mention he might down tools as his contract winds down like we seen recently with Alfie, Kent ect.
If he doesn't sign a contract I'd try and use Raskin as a makeweight to sign the likes of billy gilmour or Aron hickey.
