Their coining it in sssh,. ,.

Agree0 Disagree0

Uh oh. They are calling for his head hehe! No chance he is going anywhere, easiest job in scottish football. Bigger budget than any other club, bigger wage budget than any other club. All he has to do is have a wee fight with the sfa and say that everyones out to get him and the fans will be back behind him. Master tactician indeed.

Agree0 Disagree0

Would have been better with dick van dyke at the back after that chitty bang, chitty bang bang defending from big virgil

@5 just enjoy it

We've now won 13 on the trot in the league and 16 in all competitions this season and the team is taking shape.

I've read a fair bit on the comments of the latest signings and all have said that McCoist was the main reason for signing. Bell, Moshni, Clark, Law, Peralta and Daly are proving not only to be great signings but are contributing to the spirit of the squad. Ally played Faure, McLeod, Aird and Clark last night and showing his trust in youth. Crawford and Hutton played their parts and McKay will no doubt be back in the fold soon.

My point to the anti Ally brigade here is that the man's doing a sterling performance managing the team and has put together a squad without signing fees which is second in the country only to Celtic and their vast arsenal of wealth. He's said that we'd miss out on talented youngsters who he wanted but who don't want to play in the lower divisions and that's a pity but understandable.

The light at the end of the tunnel is shining more brightly by the day and it's all down to McCoist and the fans. If you needed proof, it's staring you in the face to back the manager and come on board and rally against the anti Ally lot.

If we can goto falkirk and win on Sat then I'll start to praise ally a bit, the cups are were ally should be judged this year, he's already lost to forfar and losing to falkirk would be unforgivable for revenue purposes.

Agree0 Disagree0

Sweep1 we lost to Forfar with the team we had last year as we were not allowed to play any of our new players that squd was put together in six weeks as we had no players now your saying if we lost at Falkirk it would be unforgivable no praise for the results we have had so far just waiting for the trip up I think Ally nd the team are doing great i'm sure we will get a result at Falkirk but if we don't its the league I want only that can take us to the next level so cut them some slack

Agree0 Disagree0

What do you base your statement about being only second to Celtic in terms of squad on?

Agree0 Disagree0

Cooperboy totally disagree with you, we should be winning this league out of site with the team we have, the games are total mismatches in league 1, ally needs a run in the Scottish cup.

Agree0 Disagree0

Our squad could compete with most teams but, unfortunately, there is very little tactical ability from the management team.
We are lucky to have genuine players with tactical ability, able to think on their feet, that helps us through most games.
Just think what we could do with a management team of Big Tel. and Wee Mal. e. g. and at 5-10% of the cost.

Listen OP, this forum is not somewhere to judge mass opinion. Whilst I am one of the 'anti Ally brigade' I am under no illusions that I am part of the majority. It seems clear that the bulk of the paying public within Ibrox on matchdays agree with you. I doubt you'll change any anti Ally minds but in terms of numbers you're preaching to the converted. Your entitled to your opinion and to place your trust wherever you see fit. By the same token so am I and I've seen and heard enough to form my own opinion on Ally (Manager, Man and Legend). Happy to remain in the minority and comfortable that my previous opinions/decisions have proven to be valid.

Agree0 Disagree0

I base it on the fact that it's obvious to everyone and that we could beat every other team in Scotland, including Celtic. Isn't it strange how a year or so ago fans were against this and that player in the team and yet not any more. The fans rate the current team and no complaints.

After Falkirk, bring on Celtic.

Agree0 Disagree0

Op well done for a posting some positivity on here,
Let's hope we can get past Falkirk and get a home draw next round,

Two big milestones coming on the business side of things

1, AGM, when the board will be elected by the shareholders
2, interim results to end of December will tell us if things are changing on the financial governance

Ally can win every league game this season and it won't prove to me he's a manager just as Lennon could go unbeaten in the SPL and it won't convince me he's a real manager.

Ally cheerleaders know this in their hearts. If Ally wins every game not one big English club would be remotely interested in him. Neither would any English Championship club

Agree0 Disagree0

@4 - we are winning the league out of sight and we can only play against the teams that are in front of us,

Many bears wanted us to start our journey back from the bottom division, I wasn't one of them,
they got their wish and the backing of the team has been phenomenal last year and this, that is undoubted

JG

Agree0 Disagree0

@7 what a silly statement " it's obvious to everyone and we could beat every other team in Scotland including Celtic". As for the bring on Celtic after Falkirk think we shouldn't automatically assume we will beat Falkirk after our recent cup history. People need to take a reality check about where we currently are

Agree0 Disagree0

Could everyone not be honest and admit that both teams are managed by possibly the worst two managers in old firm history. These two jokers are getting a free run in diddy leagues with squads far superior to any other team in the respective leagues, unfortunately they still don't manage to play decent attractive football

Agree0 Disagree0

Nazareth so what are they then fake managers. They both got there coaching badges then they both were employed by a football club therefore if you like it or not they are real managers lol. Now I can agree with you on the fact that they might not be very good managers. I think Lennon is to emotional and easily angered to be a good manager and I think mcoist shows no passion or emotion what so ever. But in reality in the leagues there in right now they don't need to be and what's even funnier is one of these guys will ultimately end up costing the other one his job.
