It seems that I rarely post on purely football matters given our continuing corporate mess, so it is a pleasure for once to applaud McCoist on giving young Ryan Hardie an outing at Falkirk. The boy has talent in spades and will hopefully be given further exposure. Perhaps a naïve big wish given our manager's timidity on youth.
Additionally, wWhile I did not see the game, lots of fellow Bears, both in Scotland and down here, say that Alloa centre half Ben Gordon was really something special against us last weekend. I am certainly not a fan of signing any and every player who excels against Rangers - especially amidst our present financial debacle - but surely this is exactly the kind of purchase we should be looking at in the winter window instead of older journeymen?

You'd be happy for us to sign a 28 year old part timer from Alloa???

If that's what we need then why not? Loads of people on here calling for youngsters to be givwen a chance without seeing if they are ready or good enough, why not get a journeyman in to help out if he is better than we have?

Jonnostb the youngsters finished second in there league last season and got to a cup final[if my memory serves me well]ime sure had they been givin the chance we would have been ready for top league when we reached it

Not having a go at fans like yourself soton bear its understandable fans like. yourself can't make a lot of games just don't like fans, because they don't like the board continually having a go at the team win, lose or draw .

Point taken mate we're all behind the club in our own way, one way or another, would be great if we could all unite as one and take our club in our own hands, we are many but divided we are few, and this site shows the divisions amongst us. WATP.
