if hmrc are so convinced rangers owe them money why has it took so long to go to court they are draggin it out to try and dig more evidence that doesnt exist so dont think we should be to worried about it we gotta trust mr whyte and his team to sort this mess out. seltic fan shouldnt be laughin anyway doesnt say much about them if we skint and still running away with the league

Believable7 Unbelievable1

Because its a complex process and requires a lot of time to build the case. Trust me, don't read too much into the time limit here. I do think there will be a lack of evidence, though. Muzz

At least he is a happy daftie. As long as he laughs at his own jokes, not his fault of course. Would hope he did not take too long to come up with his masterpiece. Any more than 30 secs would be shameful.

Agree3 Disagree0

Be careful Timalloy, HMRC might start having a hard look at you team.
Bosley.

Agree2 Disagree0

Now Tim we haven't heard from you for day's now I know why lol. I don't think Gary Barlow has anything to worry about (song writer) that is not bad Tim considering its a dig at us lol. How long did it take you lol.
Followfollow81

Agree0 Disagree0

Well i must say Timalloy you quite good at making shi-e odes up to humor yourself, you dont do any thing to us GERS fans anymore so give up before they certify you insane as i said the other night you neeed to see a shrink because you have such an obsession with us GERS fans and our club that your on the brink of going LOOPY.

GERman

Agree0 Disagree0

Bosley, I am STILL trying to work out your joke the other night, give us poor tims a clue?
German, yes I dont bother you, thanks for posting in to tell me LOL timalloy

Agree0 Disagree0

Google Operation Tango Timalloy, all the info is there.
Bosley.

Agree0 Disagree0

Yes Timalloy your right you are a poor tim that can come up with something like that as i said to you the other night I assess people with minds like yours as i keep telling you that you do not have the intelligence to wind us up now if you require a good shrink who is a good friend of mine i will see if he can do you a consultation ASAP because you have really tipped over the edge

GERman

Agree0 Disagree0

See when we win the case come back and sing it again

Agree0 Disagree0

Again Tim it's just like your team, manager and your history, FAIL FAIL. Blue4ever

PS Bosley, er pal when you have to EXPLAIN a joke you have lost ha ha

Agree1 Disagree1

See what i mean Timalloy you cant even reply without some stupid comment IM being serious what i said about your state of mind you are in need of dire help and dont make other people out to be like yourself, in my estimation and looking at your posts you have an IQ of 3 so be very careful in future of what you say about other people because your not the brightest light bulb in the house now are you.

GERman

Agree0 Disagree0

I never lose Timalloy...
Much like the current scottish champions
The Glasgow Rangers

Agree0 Disagree0

German, aw and I counted my IQ at at least 4..... glad I have an "expert" like you to keep me right. Please keep posting telling me how i don't annoy you LOL Timalloy PS a wee tip for you SMILE now and again it lightens the mind LOL

Agree0 Disagree0

An unfunny comedian doubtful of his ability is somewhat curious when his other half returns from the market with what appears to be a magic mirror"What is it for?"he asks."Ask a question and it will give you the honest answer"she says.He runs through to the next room and says"mirror mirror tell me all who is the unfunniest of all?". Moments later he walks back through obviously happy and relieved by the reply he had recieved. His wife says "Did that help?".Smiling contently he replies"Damn right but fu**nose who timalloy is". shaun h

Agree0 Disagree0

Timallot im always smiling i have to in my profession but what i dont like is inept people like you when you think your getting to people which as i have said to you before you do not have the intelligence to do so now if i was you away and look for work and do something constructive with your life as they say Timalloy empty vessels make most noise.

A wee joke for my fellow Bears. Police are investigating the death of Joe Frazier as it appears to be suspicious. They are currently grilling George Foreman.

Gerry The Ger.

Gerry the Ger, Chelt blue, be afraid, be very afraid your "jinx" is back Timalloy
Ps see Followfollow81 has come up with "original"? name Orange for renaming Ibrox, boy how much thought went into that? Anyway heard that if this name is adopted there will be no transport links to stadium all you bears will need to "walk" everywhere LOL

Agree0 Disagree0

Timalloy's back, hope your well mate but your patter's honkin. Does another yawnathon beckon or have you actually got some decent and new material?

Gerry The Ger.

QUESTION ::: would you fellow gers fans be up for the idea of renaming ibrox if the chance arose to get some much needed cash . after all most fans would call it ibrox anyway ..bigt

Believable6 Unbelievable2

Absolutely, whether you like the idea or not, the new regime, will explore every avenue possible, to bring in much needed finance. As you say, it will always be known as Ibrox anyway. If someone is prepared to give you £2.5 mill per season, for arguments sake, for naming rights, why not?

Agree1 Disagree0

Every avenue that brings in funds should be pursued, we know Ibrox is Ibrox watever the name. The big issue (other than the ones Neil Lennon will be selling soon) is that for recent years shirt sponsorship has been the same for both old firm. Interesting times ahead. CheltBlue

Agree1 Disagree0

I agree cheltblue i think its time rangers went alone in trying to find a sponsor for the jersey ..bigt

Agree0 Disagree0

Deal been done for naming right. joint venture with orange mobile phone company and walkers crisps.
it will be called "THE ORANGE WALKERS STADIUM"
i thank you - the tiger - beyond reproach!

It's seems to be that clubs are starting to sell the naming rights to there stadiums. That's Newcastle just struck a deal with sports direct. St James park is now called Sports Direct Arena. I think this will be the road Craig Whyte will go down. I think Orange would be a good company for our stadium if it did happen lol. The headline would be. Bringing The People Together. The Orange Stadium.

What do you think of that? Lol

Followfollow81

Believable8 Unbelievable0

We could go with unicorn darts stadium

then we will be ....the wee arra people

Agree0 Disagree0

What about The Nulli Secundus Stadium?

Agree1 Disagree0

Well in view of the indifferent press and association with orange I certainly hope rangers dont go down that road .It would,nt be a good move for rangers fc.

Agree2 Disagree1

I'm sure that would go down well. Lol.

Agree1 Disagree1

The orange stadium? Nice... Do you think that the authorities would allow it even if genuine? Spoilsports... CheltBlue

Agree0 Disagree1

Just thinking, do you think whyte would change the name of Murray park to something else ? Because ov he's away now ?

Think changing the names of grounds will be the way forward, easy money for a name change & said above they would always be known as parkhead/ibrox etc

Lenny

Agree0 Disagree1

Lenny I think Craig Whyte has already put the feelers out to see if it's worth while going down that road and you can bet your bottom dollar that's the road he's going down. I looked up what Arsenal got off Emirates and it's quoted between £90-£100m for 15yr contract. I know Rangers wouldn't get as much as that but it's worth looking at. Money for nothing if you ask me.

Anyone noticed that Jelavic and Papac seem to be good mates.

There is lot of quality players coming out that region now. Countries like Serbia, Slovenia, Bosnia, Montenegro and Croatia are becoming big footballing nations.

Think Rangers need to be bringing in more players from here.

Believable5 Unbelievable0

Aye Sasa Papac and Jela are best mates in the team but the whole club are like a family the foreign guys love Rangers like the Scottish guys do. WATP.

My favourite old firm goal was mo Johnson's last minute goal at ibrox in the 1-0 game, would love to have seen miko's face that day, ha

Believable5 Unbelievable0

A posterior wi a face painted on it ,what an insult he does,nt get to do that on the septic bit either..

Agree0 Disagree0

Miko's face wouldn't have been around back then, considering he is 12 or at least acts like he is.

Agree1 Disagree0

10 Nov 2011 12:26:49
i just check the celtic page, they post very rarely as the majority of there users are on here posting backs against the wall drivel. Big Jella is quite right, 4IAR is a cert.

Believable4 Unbelievable2

This smacks of Smarrmyass and the silly statements he comes out with. Watch this come back and haunt him.

Agree0 Disagree1

Exactly. Weirdos. Glasgow Rangers champions :P Jelavic Jelavic!

Agree5 Disagree0

He actually said "Of course, we need to stay in first place but the 12-point lead we have over Celtic should be enough to keep us there."

Papers twisting it to sensationalise again

Agree3 Disagree0

What is the big deal with Jelavic's comments?

Both papers, the Sun and the Daily Rebel, stirred up what Big Jela has said big time.

All he has said is that h doesn't think Celtic will claw back the 12 points. What is he going to say..."Yep, of course Celtic will claw the points back"?

That would go down well in the dressing room, eh?

It isn't as if he has said something along the lines of, "we are faster, stronger, fitter and better"........remember that famous statement.

TonyTheGer

Agree2 Disagree0

Spot on Tony. The papers just twisted what Jelavic said to sell papers. Ally McCoist has drummed it in to every player head not to speak about anything that could spur any team on.
Followfollow81

Agree1 Disagree0

Naughty papers misquoting jella. Shame on them ;) ChelBlue

Agree1 Disagree0

BAN THEM!
lol

Lenny

Agree1 Disagree0

If it was the BBC reporting on it - It would have went along these lines - Rangers Flop Nikica Jelavic today said that Celtic would not win the league even if Raners are deducted 25 points, he then went on to say that Rangers would win it even if they fielded only 9 players a game and gave everyone a 4 goal start. The fact is, He was asked a simple question and gave a simple answer. Can Celtic claw back the 12 points?, he said he doesn't see it happening, he is not alone, go on the celtic forums and 90% of them cannot see it happening either, unless we enter Administration, which I cannot see happening this season. its 41ar for me and Jela thinks so too

Agree0 Disagree0

It's just the media bring the media, they have to sell papers. So they think of how to word a comment like the one he got,he gives a straight answer then boom you have everyone talking.

See if the whole John terry/anton ferdinand was up here the whole paper would be a full scale spread on it

Lenny

Does anybody know what the score was against Corby and how well the lads did?

Believable1 Unbelievable0

I think it was 6-0 to us. As far as I know Kerkar, Fleck and Ortiz played well.

GovanFR

Agree1 Disagree0

6 nil to the Bears

Agree1 Disagree0

6-0

Rhys McCabe - really good young player with Rangers at heart and will probably get a look in with a couple of sub appearences this season.

Salim Kerkar - scored a couple, not sure about him as haven't seen much but Ally McCoist must have seen something in him to extent a contract.

John Fleck - needs to get a run of games some how because I think he could become class.

Kane Hemmings - made a goalscoring return from injury.

Juanma Ortiz - think he's well balanced and puts in a good cross on the right but people aren't sure about him because he didn't play well when played out of position.

That's the goalscorers above, Corby have a massive Rangers following so was a good night all round for the bears.
WATP

Agree3 Disagree0

It was 6-0 to the gers.

Fleck was man of the match played very well and scored too.

Wylde,Perry,McCabe played well and big Davey Weir looked solid too.

bendikson & Kerkar came on and did well too

Agree0 Disagree0

Got to take you to task about fleck becoming class, his attitudes rotten by all accounts and if you remember rightly had a big fallout with coisty on a pre season tour in germany couple of years back. and the gaffer now is.

Corby we,re talking about here mate.

Midfielder James Morrison, currently with West Brom, says he would consider joining Rangers but only if the Scottish game improved.

Believable2 Unbelievable1

Take it he's never going join then? Cause the scottish game is only going get worse not better

Agree3 Disagree1

I dont know like. may i ask how its getting worse. teams are giving the old firm a run for their money more than ever. i mean rangers are by any measure scrapping by with 1-0, 2-1 and 2-0. but its hardly the days when we were beating teams 6-0. celtic are drawing and getting beat. do you mean the financial state of the game or with the actual play?

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2011 10:34:10
I feel everything in Mr tights plan has went wrong so far on the pitch, I feel he wanted gers miles behind in the league so he could discard this season and enter admin but because ally and the team have done so well its now harder to sack ally and enter admin

Believable0 Unbelievable9

Why do i get the feeling that post was originally written in crayon !

Germinator

Agree11 Disagree0

Fanciful nonsense

Agree4 Disagree0

I've seen many a stupid post on this site. Mostly from Timalloy. Miko or Lenny but this tops all...and by a country mile!! Craig Whyte wanted us to fail so he could sack Ally and go into administration? Why would he want us sitting 15 points off Celtic and with administration coming another points deduction, possibly 10, sell our best players in Jan and fall further behind in the league. YOU ARE MENTAL!!J1985

Agree7 Disagree1

U are the 1 thats mental ur the 1 with the Mr tight blinkers on

Agree0 Disagree6

So many insults running through my head right now i cant actually think of a specific 1. Mate you need to get off the brown! Why would he want to sack ally so it would cost him more to get another manager then he wants us to be out of the title race so that their is no money from that? In the words of Keith Lemon Dont be a Dingbat!

BlueStu

Agree3 Disagree0

Mr Tight blinkers? The guy has clearly stated that this will be a tough time for Rangers Football Club. Open and upfront about it. He had a meeting with the fans and was engaging enough when the topic of the tax issue was discussed. What do you want from him? In fact, i know. Your one of these fans who expects a billionaire sheik to come in from the middle east and just throw money around eh? Get real, Mr Whyte promised signings so we got Goian, Bocenegra, Wallace, Bedoya, McKay. We signed Davis, McGregor and Whittaker on 5 year deals and knocked back advanced for big Jelavic. So there's a few positives, hit me with negatives then smart a**e!!J1985

Agree0 Disagree0

Negitives did u forget the 7 bids for goodwillie? Bids for miller, conway, danns, dutch boy etc, etc. Also knocked out of 2 euro cups to shocking sides, short memories on Here.

Agree1 Disagree1

Yes you do have a point bet come on to f**k mate do you really care? we are in a better position now than we have ever been in the last few years yes times are tough and also what lies ahead who know but get a grip f**k sake if you were a true supporter then you would post such guff

Wullie

Agree1 Disagree1

Miller-step back, Goodwillie-trouble, Conway and Danns-average, Verheok-homesick. I wasn't naive to think that every player we were linked with in the summer we'd get!! I'm delighted with the squad, as should every Rangers fan, look at the last 3 years, we've been struggling for cover, this season the only position were short in is up front. Out of Europe was a big disappointment but better teams than this one have failed, look at Walter smiths side with Gazza, Laudrup and co. I'm sure we were knocked out at the same stages by Gothanburg...we don't have a god given right to be in europe so these disppointments happen!!J1985

Agree0 Disagree0

10 Nov 2011 08:53:58
Rangers are 100% going to enter into administration in the near future as this is the clubs only option. This was always Mr Whytes plan as he himself borrowed the funds to clear the Llyods debt, planning to administrate Rangers and start a brand new debt free company which he will sell at a profit. You can all kid yourselves that this is not his agenda but all the evidence is heavily pointing in that direction now. It is becoming clear that Mr Whyte certainly does not have the funds himself to take the club forward, we are just very lucky at the moment that even when docked the 10 points administration will occur we will still win the league.

WATP

Believable0 Unbelievable10

Evidence ?? 100% ? are you just angry cos wylde has your I.Q. on the back of his shirt !!

FauldsRFC

Agree3 Disagree0

Your post started off well but winning the league with a 10 point deduction and the likelihood of having to sell top players just made it sound bad.

As a Celtic fan, i always look at this site with a morbid curiosity, much in the same way some of you guys do at Celtic rumours. As far as the tax case goes, no one knows, worst case for Rangers, which i think is unlikely, is £49 million to pay back. Best case, no case to answer. But, in all probability, it will be somewhere inbetween. A £10 million bill, with a few players sales, would still hurt the Gers, but, wouldn't be life threatening. £20 million plus, a pain in the backside, but, once again, through hardship and asset sales, could be solved. So, why doesn't everyone wait to see what happens and then comment, because, from both sides speculation at this point has no basis in fact. Maybe Rangers offered £8 million as a settlement, but, whose to say that's been accepted

Believable9 Unbelievable0

Very sensible post, Lenny, Timmy and Co could learn from this - doubt they will though, :-)

Agree4 Disagree0

Are you really a celtic fan? Go on, you can tell us.

Agree0 Disagree0

Good post. I really believe a settlement will be made as its in all parties interests. CheltBlue

Agree0 Disagree0

At last a celtic fan who did not dog school well done

Agree0 Disagree0

Yeeeeeeha ! Intelligence from beyond the realm !

Agree0 Disagree0

Finally some sense from a parkhead supporter...better watch yer back m8 they,ll be black balling you from the illuminati lol no seriously thats more like the real deal..

Agree0 Disagree0

U only like this post because its what u all want to hear, gers owe 50 million admit it to urselfs then it will be easier on u when the tax case is Lost.

Agree0 Disagree1

Well they dont actually owe £50 million, at least get the facts right. It is claimed the total owed could be as much as £49 mill, which would include interest/ charges etc. You seem convinced that the case will go against Rangers, be prepared to be disappointed, no- one knows what the outcome will be. Just because you hope and pray it goes against Rangers, does not mean it will- unless you make a deal with the devil.

Agree1 Disagree0

You can't change rules then try to backdate tax based on
The new rules you've just enforced it's that simple. It's just hmrc clawing any money they can get they will offer a settlement and we will accept it both parties will fear being
Hit for the worst in hmrc case getting nothing back. My opinion is there will be alot of unhappy Celtic fans. If hmrc settled with arsenal who apparently if rumours are to
Be believed owed 300m for the sum of 10m we have nothing to fear.

RANGERS TIL I DYE

JAMES MORRISON once decided to colour his hair the same as Gazza.

Since then the Scotland star has been dying to follow in his hero's bootsteps and play for Rangers.
West Brom midfielder Morrison grew up in England's north-east, but as a kid his heart belonged to Ibrox.
Paul Gascoigne was the player he looked up to most.
The only problem was, when he tried to copy him, young Mozza's peroxide hair-do turned ginger.

Morrison, 26, revealed: "I have aunts and uncles who support Rangers, grandparents too.

"I was up in Scotland all the time as a youngster, for weddings and holidays.

"Being into football, it was Rangers for me.

"It was at the time when they had quality players like Brian Laudrup and Paul Gascoigne, when he dyed his hair blond.

"I dyed my hair the same colour to copy him, but it went a bit wrong. It turned out gingery, so it maybe wasn't the best idea!

"I also remember having the Rangers shirt with the toggles on the collar. They were definitely my team.
"And when you look back at some of the players Rangers had down the years it was fantastic. In later years I liked the de Boer brothers."

Morrison is currently a Premier League star with West Brom, but he admits he would love to one day pull on the Light Blue shirt.

He added: "I would never rule it out, playing in the SPL.
"You never know what's around the corner in your career. I just tend to look a month at a time.
"Football can sometimes shoot you down when you start thinking ahead too much.
"I could definitely see myself playing in Scotland, though.

"Rangers are the team I've followed since I was a kid, so it would be great to play there in the future.
"I'm still young and hope to play at the highest level I can.

"No disrespect to the SPL, but at the moment it's not where it should be. But one day in the future, who knows?

"The Old Firm games are quality and I try and get up there as much as I can to watch them. The Ibrox lads have sorted me out with tickets a few times"

source: The Sun

Believable4 Unbelievable0

Genuinely is a quality player who I would welcome to Rangers in a heartbeat. Was saying it watching Scotland when I thought he supported some English club but talking about his love for Rangers is even better.

Agree2 Disagree0

No chance of him coming, whyte is trying to cut 6 million in wages, wake up and smell the coffee we have no money

Agree1 Disagree0

He must be worth about £7million and will be on a decent wage aswell. Probably underrated in a sense that he could be playing with a more established EPL club no disrespect to West Brom who are a club I like.

That's Graham Dorrans, Chris Brunt and James Morrison of WBA that are Rangers fans, what a midfield for Rangers that would be lol. WATP!
