Heres a thing, sure we need to spend money, but why not spend some more money to make sure we become a strong second at least for the forseeable future.
overhauling them was always going to take a long time, so why not make sure of smething more attainable, maybe seem like we don't need to do that to ovehaul the Dons but it would give us a solid base before we can set about trying to get top spot, ansd even if they do get 10, which is a while off and anythin g can happen it's still been when we're at our weakest so not too much honour in it.

That's the thing, we're scrabbling about and it's a hit or miss if we even get second, whereas some investment and we would make sure of it and cement our place there, it's a bit at a time.

I really hope Dodoo now gets his chance through the middle. His calm finishes were top drawer on Saturday and he has been asking for his chance now give the boy a run. I think he would work well with garner as a front 2 with McKay sitting between midfield and strikers feeding in balls.

we don't need investment for that I believe that we will get second anyways but the players need to get out their ar*es.
for me its the players that are underperforming I think warbs shouxible and try different formations but end of the day the players aren't doing enough and don't seem to have that edge we need .
they need to put more into the games.

I agree about Dodoo Blue Nose but I'd play Miller up front with him to start with - Kenny laid on both his goals on Saturday. Garner is a bit of a carthorse in my opinion. I would bring back Mackay or O'Halloran from the start though. Huge games coming up and we simply must put Hearts and Aberdeen in their place!

I would have Miller behind the strikers, he has played well there a couple of times recently and look at the great ball he slipped through on Sat.

Now to so you think if we get 10 in a Row, not much of an achievement as youz are weak😀, when youz done your 9 we weren't exactly at our best. We will be proud to get 10 and beyond and youz should be worried because BR has a team he loves and it is going to get a lot stronger Hail Hail.

Not saying not much of an achievement but it's obvious to all that your main rivals during the years before we went out the league are considerably weaker now and Aberdeen and Hearts ain't any better. At least in those years we were up against considerably tougher opponents, of course we weren't always at our best, who is?

Rodgers and dembele will be off after next season and yous will fall apart again so we are not worried . and as for yous not exactle being at your strongest actually yous had a pretty good team back then and its not as much of an achievement because at least yous where in the league when we done 9 in a row as we where when yous did it those where untainted .
we know its not Celtics fault but but we know that u know that we know that u know its tainted.
celebrate it all u want but there will always be a part of you that knows it doesn't really count as ten in a row more like 5 while we are in it.

Correct, in comparison Celtic were pretty formidable opposition for most of those years and it was often nip and ruc hence the last day deciders and titles going down to the witness or close to it.

Does the old rangers use of EBTs not make their 9IAR an unfair sporting advantage (paying wages they could not have other wise been able to afford)?
If Celtic do get 10 IAR at least it was all done with sporting integrity from our part and will not be tainted in any way.
And to the poster who thinks Rodgers and Dembele will be off in the summer, that some wishful thinking. Do you really think that will make your team better? Your team who's 6 out of 7 league wins came against teams in the bottom 6 at the time of playing.

I don't know why we get hung up on the 'what ifs' of Celtic winning 10 in a row. You can only play against the teams that are in the league for you to play and it is up to the other teams to become more competitive. If we let them win ten in a row we have no one to blame but ourselves! Either our manager and players are good enough to compete, it is up to us to make sure we are. If we don't then we can't complain.
As for EBT's when Rangers used them they were legal and many companies used them. The screwup was Murray's not doing them properly if there really was an issue. The players, just like any other intelligent Human saw this as a legal way to avoid tax and they were acting as they saw it, in accordance with the Law.
We won the league fair and square in those nine in a row seasons. Why we did't win 10 in a row only Walter Smith can say!
