Phil doesn't need my advice, but here goes anyway, at the seasons end regardless of the out come , do it to them before they do it to you, weed the second best mentality that this lot seem to think it's ok, listening to our captain today after the game he is a bag of nerves in front of the camera, not a hint of anger at the teams performance, just the usual blah blah blah, disappointed, imagine him or Goldson trying to inspire anyone, listening to them is a snooze fest .

Too true MH - Until we rid ourselves of the usual overpaid perennial under achievers our club will ALWAYS stay second best and that thought abhors me - PC take note and have a real cull at end of season come what may! I want a team of hungry dogs who HATE to lose not expect to lose - yesterday was a total disgrace to the badge.

He needs to cull a few before the end of the season and see where it takes us, we still have a lucrative cash incentive to win this league this season, failure to do so will put them out of sight financially to us, stand up and be counted as Rangers Players guys.

Very true MH, this is not just about quality although that is sadly lacking at present, it is about having a team of winners and a captain and vice captain that are both leaders and fighters.
I watched the Arsenal players after their loss to Villa yesterday and they were almost in tears, devastated that they had lost and I compared Tav and Goldson. They are a total embarrassment.
As for Lundstrum and barasic, both have quite clearly downed tools.
